That one scientist zombie at the end is honestly my favorite zombie I've ever seen on screen. That actor totally killed it, especially with the teeth clicking, unnerves me everytime and I love it
The movie depicts the beginning of the war. In the book, The War (That took decades to fight) has been over for 10 years, and a guy from the UN goes around the world, collecting testimonies of people who lived through the war (Civilians, Military Personnel, Governement Officials, ect...). This is based on the the book by Max Brooks, the son of Mel Brooks. Max Brooks also wrote the illustrated book The Zombie Survival Guide. That is a very practical and entertaining Guide that can be applied to any survival scenario.
This movie took a long time to make. Had a lot of reshoots. I’ve always heard the sequel has been on and off as far as a greenlight. The actor Matthew Fox was supposed to have a bigger role in this movie. I think to play more of a villain role. But production kept getting changed, so it didn’t happen. I would love to see a sequel. I’m still waiting for a. 28 Days/weeks later sequel. That’s another zombie movie franchise that has been back and forth in the sequel department.
Despite the fact that it has nothing to do with it's source material besides the name, and the production issues it went through, it's quite a shock that it's as decent of a movie as it is!

Everyone always says they'd wear chainmail but realistically you wouldn't be able to ruck for hours on end chainmail is extremely heavy for long distance walks and you'd always be on the move. I would try to go as light as possible depending on my climate. In the northern states sweatpants or jeans with a hoodie and a atlas pack body armor with a combat belt carrying as much ammo as I can when I move. 8 mags of my primary weapon and 5 mags of my secondary. In these types of situations you probably want to be nimble and adaptable to long distance movement. You wouldn't want a massive ruck sack but you'd want something to store valuable items to survival.

First time coming to your channel!! You guys are awesome. Also not sure if you’ve already seen this but if you love zombie movies PLEASE PLEASE watch Train to Busan. It’s incredible.
I think the reason this movie didn't do so well on opening day is because of "quality of life" things that were cut during the theatrical release. When I got the DVD version, and watched it, there was more blood, more action, and a bit more put into than the previous iteration, and it felt so much more cohesive. For a PG-13 movie, they made an amazing zombie flick, even if I feel these are more "infected", than zombies. Also, a fun Easter Egg in the movie, is Peter Capaldi(one of the scientists at the W.H.O. facitlity) went on the star in "Doctor Who" not too long after the movie debuted.
Fun fact, the last half of the film was supposed tobbe based in Moscow, Russia where Brad Pitt would've foight huge amounts of zombies during winter using a special weapon. However they scrapped the idea and reshoot everything for the WHO lab storyline and ending. Also I heard there was suppose to be a sequel, but it got cancelled due to disagreements.
To really see the grand daddy of undead / zombie / vampire pandemic films is “The Last Man On Earth” starring Vincent Price. Like Charleston Heston in “TheOmega Man” and Will Smith in “I Am Legend,” all 3 were based on Richard Mathenson’s story “I Am Legend.” However “Last Man On Earth” was the movie that was the most close to this book. Might be worth a watch/reaction as many may not know of or have not watched this movie. Another movie along zombie-like rabid maniac killers that was in the “28 Days” film series is the film “Warning Signs.”
That one scientist zombie at the end is honestly my favorite zombie I've ever seen on screen. That actor totally killed it, especially with the teeth clicking, unnerves me everytime and I love it

Agreed. Scariest too. There is nothing more terrifying than the idea that it hurts to be dead.
Train to Busan next!!! Its so good as hell very unique
New here. You guys touched on all the right points. I really hope you get to enjoy the book. A grim read but an accurate take on society. Great channel, subscribed.
Have y’all seen I am legend?
You guys have to watch ( train to busan ) it’s like best zombie movie !! 😩 😍
Contagion would be a good movie to react to. It's not about a zombie apocolypse, but it is about a pandemic.
Loved this reaction ✌🏽💯💯💯💯
Both of you had a really cool reaction to world war z i prefer running zombies so I love it
In world war Z : I'm dead in 5 minutes.
In the walking dead: i am Negan!
MY DAD MADE ME WATCH THIS WHEN I WAS LIKE 8 AND I WAS SO SCARED OF IT. it became one of my favorite movies after i turned 14
i love the search for patient zero part of it
Loved this review - looking forward to seeing more!!
The Zombies are depicting what diseases and illnesses do in real life, go around some people for whatever various reasons
The Sequel was unfortunately scrapped by David Fincher ( Director) in 2019. He stated in an interview that he was glad that he scrapped it because it was similar to The Last Of Us
Dog House, Devils Playground, Freaks of Nature, and The Boy Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse are all some really good zombie movies. The first two are British.
So glad you guys reacted to this!! Love this movie. ❤ If I'm not mistaken, i think they decided not to do a sequel??
OMG nooooooooo I've been so wanting a Sequel : (
It's been announced that a sequel unfortunately won't happen. I really wanted to see a sequel.

I enjoy seeing two friends enjoying themselves
imagine this happened in the future and the protagonist chose covid for the "camo" and the zombies start speaking "WEAR YOUR MASK!"
Love the reaction guys! Just a small request to include the subs on the vids too if it's not too much trouble. Thanks!
Guys, Do Train to Busan, All of us are Dead and Rec ! =)
