Hi Elisi, Ive taken your advice a couple of weeks ago when I found your channel and I just want to testify, that this DOES work!! I haven’t been using weights at all and my glutes are definitely growing ☺️ I noticed this weekend when I was trying to wear a couple of pairs of jeans and couldn’t get in them🤭 I’m in week 3 now!

So I saw your first video on using body weight for the first 6 workouts then slowly incorporating weights weekly, 10lbs at a time and I just started yesterday! LET ME TELL YOUUUU SOMETHING I swearrrr I thought my ass was gonna fall off 😂 it felt like I was lifting 200 lbs. mind-muscle connection is so important and now I’m feeling it in my upper glutes! I swear they already are looking better after just the one day and the body pump is REAL. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the videos, I just subscribed!

So for Bulgarian Split Squats are you holding the dumbell in the non-working leg (same side as the leg that's resting on the bench)?

I started to follow your strategy and now I train without weights. I got some really bad muscle soreness 😢😂❤

@6:12 did you mean to say bulgarian split squats after the single leg RDLS? You kept saying that you feel the bulgarian split squats from doing RDL's AFTER them, but that didn't make sense with what you said at first.

Do you superset the RDL’s after the bulgarians or do you finish your sets of bulgarians and then move on to your sets of RDL’s?

it’s kind of sus bc the rest of your leg doesn’t really have like that impressive development idk. also all that growth with just these like 3 exercises with no weight? i’m not hating i’m just very skeptical
I guess that’s why my glute coaching has been so popular lately. As I think I may be one of the only girls online applying this strategy of starting all the way over with no weight in order to build neural pathways to muscle fibers that were not there before. And it’s been groundbreaking for girls that I apply it to or when they apply it to themselves form my vids. Skipping this step entirely will almost always result in other muscles growing the same amount or more 99% of the time.
And no I don’t take it as hate at all, I take it as the BEST compliment haha ☺️👍

Keep in mind that genetics partially play a role in it too. Her exercises are great for grute growth
You don’t need weight to grow your glutes, just mind-muscle connection and some foundational movements! Trust me. I used to have a flat pancake and started with no weights just bands and my booty was round and plump just from that, before I even started going to the gym!
She made another video stating her lifts doubled and her glutes grew after she started taking creatine. I suppose that is the main reason she saw results which contradicts these body weight exercises where she never mentions any of that.

Types of leggings play a vital role in glute growth.
I got badly injured from doing squats, so I have not done them for years. I believe that is what contributed to getting lower/quad dominant in the first place though, as squats work on all muscles. So genetics will really decide which muscle grows most from squats specifically, which I do not like.
Go watch her first video of going back to no weight. Her description didn't help me, but I took the information & adapted it to my body. When I did this..boom top glutes started growing. I've been asking people for years how to do it. Her video is the only thing that helped me.
