Good transformation, no doubt, but girl you’re promoting eating disorders, please stop! Young girls (and boys, and maybe older ones as well) watching your videos will think that you need to eat for 1400 kcal even if it’s not enough for them, cut their calories drastically and “earn cheat meal” by a hard workout. Please stop sharing this is not helpful for developing young people who need to build healthy relationships with their bodies and perception of food. Food is a furl, not a reward! You shouldn’t earn it at any point, you shouldn’t cut your calories for almost a half (if you’re not a professional athlete getting ready for competition), as it may broke your metabolism, cycle and relationship with food, I’m not even talking about loosing muscle and getting loose skin because of very sharp weight loss 😢 Please stop 🙏💔

So i have been working out for a year now and i have seen some good glute growth, however now i am at a point where nothing is changing, my glutes dont look any bigger now, but my quads keep on growing. I was very worried due to this... However, i may try doing what you've suggested... Thankyouu❤

You have genetics for it. So do i, and im a guy, ive had to be careful to not train them to much lol. Genetics matter for this. Sorry ladies. Yes you can build your body better , change it a bit, but we have the muscke settings and connections we have. Skme women have bigger butts then others , same with guys for chest or arms. Be the best you, dont seek to be like someone else.

I do Sydney Cummings workout and she always tells her audience during a glute training session to squeeze our glutes the entire time, sometimes she will tell us to change the technique by lifting our heels and boy oh boys your glutes are gonna be set on fire
