Got $400 trade in for an iPhone SE 2, more than what I had originally paid for the device years ago! Love T-Mobile.
I took advantage of the trade in. Traded my Pixel 6a for the pixel 7. Used the shipping label provided by T-Mobile and sent in the old phone. Used the tracking provided and tracking said it was delivered (date and time given). Well T-Mobile says they haven't received it because it wasn't scanned in. Now I have no old phone and have to pay total amount of new phone over a 24 month period. I did the trade in Feb and spent an hour on the phone. I got screwed! So you better think twice. At least consider an in store trade NOT mailing it.
So I traded mine in and it was supposed to be the trade-in and then I get the other phone for free but it didn’t work out that way and I’m very disappointed and I’m still now paying off this phone which was not supposed to happen, but go ahead and approve it because that’s what the guy told me but it didn’t work out that way so I’m not gonna trade in another phone with T-Mobile. I’m going to sell it out right because I make much more money. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed.
You’re supposed to say go ahead and prove it because I can’t prove it because I called 611 and the guy handled it and the first time it went through. It was a mistake and he had to redo it, so yeah not gonna happen again.
Currently have a s9+ TMobile and I wonder if I can trade in this outside of TMobile store.. like a Samsung store why I want to trade this phone outside of the store? Well because my grandparents sent this phone with the TMobile sim on it and they sent me from us to the Philippines and I want to trade this phone in the Philippines.

Hey T-Mobile I like your service and I love the home internet I've been with T-Mobile for over 5 years great service and great team but I got one little issues sometimes I got to think about old customers like me I would like to upgrade my device I Still Rock with a Galaxy Note 10 plus and sometimes I would like to have a new phone I can't I'm a disabled😅😢 I love to have the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra I like the Galaxy Note phones I would like to T-Mobile hear me out gray service and great team I will not change my service partymobile sometimes you gotta think about your old customers and I appreciate this thank you and have a great day😂🎉😮

Just tried to trade phone in. Was told no. Customer service was a joke. Been with Sprint/T-mobile since 2004 and was treated Horrible.
They gave me a fake phone as a promo and didn't let me back it when I want cancel the contract 😢😢😢scam

I wish the trade value was the same regardless of the plan you are on. I'm military, and we get the worst values I am also not on Max and the trade value decreases more.

Problem with my trade in is that I keep my phone more than a year and the store says it's too old...they don't want it.🤦♀️

T-Mobile is getting about as bad as Verizon and AT&T used to be with the gimmicky promotions confusing rate plan options etc. John Legere is missed. He knows how to listen to customers and provide what we want and need. Seems the Wall Street financial guys have taken over sadly. My ‘team of experts’ used to be US based and now foreign too.
As well as mine are my "so called team of experts are all based in th Philippines 19 hours from California."
Their promotions aren’t gimmicky it’s pretty straight forwards and everything is explained on fine print if you read it. If you want the best trade in value you’ll have to be on magenta max. It’s over 24 months. Fair market value is applied to your bill and part of total amount. If your phone is worth $200 (if they’re offering 1000 total) that will go off next months bill and and the remaining $800 is cut over 24 months
@@adamtajyar they don't really give you that good of a deal on your trade in when I checked mine online or only offered me $45 for a OnePlus 10 Pro I could get a lot more than selling it myself, it's definitely worth more than $45.
