Thanks Dude! Your video allowed me to remove my burners, inspect and clean without a problem, except that I found the connecting feeder tube in the rear was pitted and corroded with cracks and holes in it which was allowing the gas to escape and not flow to the other burners. I contacted Weber about new parts and discovered that these burners are warrantied for 10 years and they are shipping me new ones right now! If I hadn't called Weber, I probably would have just bought new off-brand burners, spent the money needlessly and resolved the problem using your instructions to get them in. Thank you for clear instructions, good video work and taking the time to do the recording.
This baby Weber is easily 15 y/o. After installing a new burner tube I couldn't keep the grill going let alone hot; my gas tank felt like it had fuel, but no joy. Installed a new regulator and got the same response using the same fuel tank. New fuel tank provides same result. After listening to your video and exercising your directions I now have a fully-functional baby Weber. In the past I never paid any attention to the these steps. I will now---thank you for your help!
Thank you! You saved me from going down the path of buying new burners and a new manifold when all I needed was to use a paperclip! My Weber grill is 20 years old and all original parts. It just needed a bit of cleaning lol. Thanks again
I cannot thank you enough! Your directions were concise, well-photographed (in spite of the rain), and easy to follow. Watched the video twice, and tackled my Weber grill. The second burner, which had refused to light, now lights easily!
Dude! You are a genius! Thanks so much for this video. I'm not mechanically gifted, but using this video, I was able to get my one burner going again. Took off the manifold and threaded a very thin wire into the feed port, and that did the trick. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
This helped me fix a leaky gasket on the burner on a Weber Spirit 200 that caused the grill to go into safe mode. (minimal gas flow) Took everything apart like you showed, and put it back together again and now it works! Many many Thanks! :)
It's hard to believe how your instructions related so specifically to my grill. (I found that problem with my grill was clogged jets - smallest paper clip worked great) Your explanation was easy to follow and the best thing - it worked on the first try ! !
This was helpful. One other troubleshooting tip is to take off the knobs and turn the gas on via the burner rods (manually push and rotate). My issue was that the knobs we're stripped. That said, I followed your video and cleaned as you directed. That was helpful to rule out other issues.
Thank you for making this video. Bought a used 3 burner and have been cursing it. Was about to buy a regulator tonight. Think I will clean it per your video. Thanks Capt Vic
Thank you very much for such an awesome video on clearing & cleaning the gas vales or crossover bar...SPOT ON! My Weber Spirit grill now works like new!
We were unable to use one burner in out Weber BBQ for a long time. This video was well done and helped us to solve the problem. Using your clear and calm instructions as a guide, we took apart the BBQ and cleared a blocked jet in the manifold. We had been thinking about buying a new BBQ. Now we don't have to do this. Thank you very much!
This is my second one. We have it outside the garage door exposed to the elements yearound ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxreK_FUQ74_bylFqCr3y2MHqL3u78-b3r Direct sunlight deteriorated the plastic on the thermostat and severe winds blew the lid off. We found it about an acre away. I bought a new one and I saved the good parts from the old one as spares. Got about 8 years out of the first one.
THANK YOU! Kinda crazy, I bought a regulator b/c I couldn't get the temperature on my E210 above 300 degrees. Replaced it and then the grill would not start. I thought I had somehow messed up the starter. Very frustrated, watched your video and learned about the battery. Replaced my battery and it worked! Strange timing for my battery to die!
My middle burner is not igniting. I read elsewhere that the small igniter pin could be rusted and why it's not making contact. Could that be a possibility instead of having to open the front? I already checked the tubes and they aren't clogged. Mine come out without having to open the front
Thanks for doing this video. Pretty hardcore doing it during heavy rain 😄 thanks also for the tool list. Accidentally hit the dislike button by mistake. Hope that didn’t register.
I have done everything in the video and still have issues. Several minutes after all 3 burners are lit, the flames start sputtering out, starting on burners 2 and 3. Eventually, the flame on all three burners goes out. I've done the steps to get it out of bypass mode, bought a new regulator, bought a new tank, new burner tubes. Don't know what else to do. Been going back and forth with Weber and they ended up telling me to buy new knobs! What a hoot! The grill should work, but doesn't. Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you! The paperclip worked to clear the gas line hole, grill now works and I feel accomplished

Thank you for showing me how easy to take the parts off. I solved my clogged burner issue!

Great video! Grill wouldn't get over 300 degrees. Took it apart and cleaned it up...now I am cooking with gas ! Much appreciated!

This was great. I watched the video and fixed the grill which hadn’t been working right for two years
This is the best burner cleaning video that I have seen. Thanks for the the in-depth and precise video.

Excellent good video. I am ready to go out and tackle my Spirit now. Thanks for taking the time to record and share.
A huge help in fixing my Weber, fantastic video 👍🏻
Glad it helped!
Thank you! This worked for me and was so easy to follow. Saved me so much $$!
Thank you for your clear instructions. Time for me to grill again

It was the battery for me. Works like a charm ✨ 👌

I am so grateful for this video.... Thank you! Got my grill up and running again! Subscribing! 🤩
Thanks man for this video. I had the same issue. Cleaned it today and fires up like a champ.
Really helpful. Thank you for taking the time and trouble to make this.
This helped me immensely. Thank you! The paper clip step is what solved my issue.
Great video. Thank you. Cleaned once using instructions and did not work. H ad to repeat and proper sanding is critical.
Just like you, only had to replace the first part (black box) and it worked. Very helpful video. No more matches to light it up!
Thank you so much, the battery needed replacing
My grill works now! Thank you!
Huge help … thank you!
Excellent video! Thanks!
Thank you for showing me where the battery is. My Grill ist about 10 years old and after changing the battery everythings fin again.
Thanks for posting this. Sadly no luck. I am going to replace the regulator which is barely 2 years old.
Did the trick for me, cheers!

Thank you so much!
I washed and cleaned my Weber today now it won’t light.??? It’s sparking and I don’t smell any gas not sure if it’s clogged or what
Surprised you don’t insert the aluminum trays that Weber provides to keep grease build up low
Thanks!
Thank you sooooo much!
Your grill plates are upside down. The flat bit should be on top and the triangle facing down so the fat drips down.
so did your burners light manually?

I'm still having an issue with one burner not working, may be the manifold. It had a blockage I removed with a pin but still acts like it is clogged.
Thanks, it was just my battery

Your grates are upside down.
Pretty sure they're reversible
@@SkragorSkumdreg… sure, you can turn them upside down but that’s not how they are intended or designed to be used.
Thanks so much for sharing
