Joan is absolutely correct . People can go and put on a nice pair of jeans, a simple blouse/ tee and a blazer and look great . Some people just do not want to spend the time . And it does not cost a fortune .
I think people forget that the average person, does not have the money to fund the lifestyle that Joan Collins has. We can't all afford to buy expensive designer clothes and makeup
