😊👍
This is nice and simple, thanks.
Thank you.
New sub! Love this.
Thank you. Do you have time to cook between trucking?
You ought to be cooking your biscuits in your air fryer there. After the first time I did I haven't done it any other way. 7-8 biscuits in an 8x8 pan for 13 minutes at 400˚ gives a perfect bake IMO. I blend AP and cake flour 50/50 and use a 50/50 cut of butter and shortening (tastes better and fluffier IMO), but hey, any biscuit beats no biscuit.
I do not have an air fryer. Your biscuits sound awesome. But then they are not 3 ingredients. I do not know what what IMO means
@@CarolynGibsonHerbalist IMO (quick way to say "in my opinion". I used the air fryer as a way to not heat up my kitchen. I got it through a deal through "Chef Jeffery" on the UA-cam channel "Old School Soul Food", a fellow Texas from the Katy area who has some good recipes.
Your right! Seems like you always need some biscuits! I can’t seem to keep enough on hand, I make jiffy or bisquik drop biscuits and I buy a big bag for the freezer and keep some in the fridge. So I gotta learn how to make some with self rising flour, I got me a big bag! Never used it before, this year has been a cooking journey for me some I’ve stuck with my New Years resolution, homemade everything!!!!!
These are so easy to make and so much better than drop biscuits. Be sure and try grating your butter. A real game changer. Enjoy your baking journey
Turned out perfect!! I did add a little sugar and a little more baking soda…
@@toniarend9090 sounds great
I did put a egg in it too! Lol I heard it makes them a bit richer… I can’t help it I use tips from several people and throw them all in one, I think I need my own UA-cam channel!! I do it all the time and my stuff always turns out great… I could be one those who collabs several recipes and puts them all into one. 😄🤣
You are the best kind of cook
I use a glass or a cup for cutting out biscuits
A biscuit cutter is nice but anything can be used. In fact you could use a knife and cut them into squares
