I’ve been implementing these teachings and so far, I’ve been able to realign my pelvis from a more anterior position to a neutral one. My only problem has been the breathing as I’ve been conscious of my breathing ever since I’ve learned about “belly breathing” and have made that my habitual breathing for the past couple of years. I tried the raising of the the ribcage on the inhale, but still trouble with the dropping back down on the exhale. I tend to consciously exhale longer to draw out most of not all the air in my lungs, which over pronounces the dropping of my ribcage. Through your videos and other PRI experts, I’ve been able to allow my breath to go back to a more natural state rather than feeling like I have to take control of it all the time. Thank you
Honestly bro, I lifted heavy on the OHP and deadlift since I was 16, saw no increase in clavicle width despite major increases in strength (could OHP 60kg/135lbs). Idk whether just proper breathing will make you wider, but just try it out without being "desperate". It is just unnecessary stress...
This feels like secret knowledge that has been suppressed
I've been following you since beginning. I'm your big fan!
