Due to the Dominator’s slow turning speed and powerful shots with medium armor pen, it plays more like a support weapon rather than a primary. Therefore, the best combo is to grab the support weapon that plays like a primary, the Stalwart. Use Stalwart to clear out large hordes and the dominator to wreck single targets

I’ve actually been running it with Grenade Launcher/Supply Pack into Bugs (I also count my shots so I don’t hit the long reload). To me it performs great as a primary when you can spam it with no ammo worries thanks to the Pack. I was taking it with the Senator, but since the Shriekers were added, I’ve been taking the Dagger since beam weapons feel great at shooting the flyers down.
The only weapon worth using in cutting edge is the Sickle, but damn is that one good! Combined with the stun grenade and the booster, its worth the grind for 1000 SC
Sickle is amazing, but punisher can absolutely be worth using. I’ve taken down multiple chargers with it. Just takes some getting used to on how to use it
Game kinda suffers the "why not kill" syndrome common in many PvE games. You have all these weapons to stun, light on fire etc. but why use them if you could use a different one that just... kills the enemy instead? The DPS cost of some of these effects is overvalued. Liberator concussive should've had like a 10-15% drop in dps tops, around 10% for breaker etc.
Eh, The game is well balanced in a way where I think it doesn’t suffer from that problem. Stun can be really useful against things like hulks when ur unable to get behind along with similar situations

In fact, the huge spread is its greatest asset: you spray fire over the mob, wait, refresh the fire eventually - and let the DOT do its job. In case enemies stand right before you, it can be used to save yourself ... but there are better choices for close range protection. Clearly a good weapon if used correctly, especially since bugs come in great hordes, nowadays in hordes consisting primarily of small enemies.
the bug egg mission was the only 1 I would consistently bring the eggbreaker incendiary, cuz as it says on the moniker lol... but I'm happy to report that the plasma launcher funky-wonky is as good if not better against them eggs, plus it actually does a lot of dmg you don't necessarily expect it to much like the scorcher... not gonna lie, I like using "not-so-meta" guns, like the senator, as long as they do enough dmg and are fun to use... so be warned XD
The increased reinforcement call time from cutting edge booster is goated. The ammount of times i got stuck in a reinforcement loop with it is like, three times as low as when i don't have it. Granted i didn't do any dedicated testing, but i feel like i encounter significantly less breaches with it. I might have a theory tho. This game isn't very clear about its description. It might just be that it increases the time between the enemies spotting you, and enemies calling in a breach. I feel like my success rate of clearing patrols before they call a breach is bigger lately (granted it might be me just getting better at the game

I actually really like the incendiary breaker shotty quite a lot. It has lower damage than the regular breaker and I feel like it has twice the spread, but that fire damage puts in the work! My favorite part about this weapon is the fact that it’s somewhat effective against everything. On something like a charger or a bile titan, the fire will be pretty good at killing them, whereas the regular breaker has to be more precise in hitting their weak spots. For bot missions still take the normal breaker though
redeemer doesn't do much less damage when compared to a liberator so the dagger is really underpowerd when compared to primaries. Half the fire time and half the damage, so 25% dps, whereas redeemer is like 60-70% of a liberator.

Regarding the localization confusion a couple things to keep in mind when I personally done research on it is that it depends on how your testing worked. I recommend you look for a guide on enemy spawning as there are some good video explain how those things change over a match as it’s not very cut and dry to what you think. Like was your testing in the same area of a pervious map and were you close to any objectives as you moved around the map cause that could be why your value dropped all of a sudden. I do wonder if you were testing in using alt f4 so that you could get the same planet mission to the pervious test.
with 4 of the tests (2 booster, 2 no booster) i kept everything exactly the same. Same map. Same location on that map. If i died, i died in both once.. if i didnt die, i didnt die in both. I also killed the bug that first set off the alarm and got a new one for the second. (and yep was using 'QUIT' to keep the same map) i might do more testing in future n see if i can get more consistency, cos 6 tests isnt really enough

Steeled veterans is better gives you the me of the best guns for each faction dominator for the bots and breaker incendiary for them bugs. The other war bond has what the sickle? Not great. Well there is the stun grenades but not as good.
I love the Sickle so much, but the Dagger is honestly just a terrible weapon. Shooting enemies with it feels like attacking a T-Rex with a toothpick, and does just about as much damage.

Not making the warbonds limited time only or something like that also talks about the mindset of the devs: "here. Go have FUN"

So I plan on getting the 20 dollar upgrade edition for the steeled veterans and all the bonus, I actually grinded out the super credits for the other one and have been farming them for the super store armors, almost got everything
yeh bro redeemers an amazing pistol i prefer it on full auto tho - its like my 'get outa jail free card'. if something gets too close and i need to DPS it to all hell.. redeemer does that job for me

I really like the servo assist because it works on stratagem as well which increases your overall range on them

big thing for the stun grenade - it stuns large things too, like bile titans. one stun + 500kg bomb is a safe, easy kill.

I’m mostly interested in the Cutting Edge warbond due to the inevitable return of our space squid adversaries.
Just grind the SC + metals farm and get them all. I let greed overcome me and I have like 10k SC and maxed metals
Breaker incendiary is S tier on terminids if you may dump a bug breach at a good angle

do they have a time limite? like a battle pass in a specific time to unlock all or when you open it it become permanent to buy?
no time limit at all. they never expire ever. you can buy them any time you want and unlock the items in them at your own pace
