The problem lies with what we call “revenge bedtime procrastination” if Our Govt have done enough to restrict working hours. I’m pretty sure this sleep deprivation won’t as severe. We humans, not robots.
what do you expect from a nation that requires 44-48 hours a week work!!! employees are all burnt out from high expectations of employers, no legal system to protect workers, no contact from work apart from work hour. when i was working as RN in singapore 44 hr a week, and are expected to answer all email, text messages from work( manager , coworkers, juniors) after work hour. and mind you, those are EXPECTED!!! if I dont do it, i risk my employment and labeled as lazy bum
