How to become smart (even if you were born dumb) | Hello! Seiiti Arata 199

There is not a definitive list of the activities that will increase your intelligence. But there is a clear rule that you can follow: everything that requires an active effort from your brain will develop your intelligence. And everything that puts your brain into a passive mode does not increase your intelligence.
For example, laying on the couch watching tv shows, making your brain passively consume information, is not an activity that will help you develop your intelligence. On the other hand, actively solving math problems is something that will help you develop your intelligence in that specific field.
The important thing is that, every time you read a book, study a subject or practise a skill, you become better at it. If you do it day after day, you will develop your intelligence in the long run to the point where other people will think that you were simply born smart.

      Sir,
since childhood, I have symptoms of brain fog, such as disorientation, loss of memory, difficulty in recognizing people, poor concentration, taking more time to do any work, etc. What is the reason for this and is it possible to cure it now?

So what this man here claims is a lie, psychologists (they specialise on human inteligence) agreed that the most determining factor is indeed genetics - you will have your IQ based mostly on IQ of your father and mother and your development has minor effect, so its literally opposite what this guy here claims guys in first minute of the video, if you dont believe me, go watch some Jordan B. Peterson videos about Psychology - he is real psychologist who was teaching on universities and there are tons of videos you can find on youtube where he also talks about IQ.

Nobody is born dumb or smart, but as an empty slate. It is true, no matter what the race or gender of human beings, we all start talking, (and figuring out reality), at about the age of 2. That means we all have about the same intellect to that point. The child's spirit also has a lot to do with the willingness to learn, a spirit I did not have until studying engineering. It is what happens after the child learns how to talk that makes the vast difference, environment. From almost failing HS, to becoming maybe the sharpest guy in engineering classes (after 6 years of practice), I discovered the brain is like the body. The more you work it out, the better it gets.
There is not anything you can learn, that I can't. That is true for all of us, with cerebral exercise. I say the study of engineering is the study of reality, (sans environmental engineering, which is a course in anti-free enterprise propaganda, or china would have our EPA too.), and if you can figure it out there, you can figure it out, even in politics.

@@dalimillazan2877 "So what this man here claims is a lie, psychologists (they specialise on human inteligence) agreed that the most determining factor is indeed genetics.". First of all, the study of psychology is probably the deepest "sewer study" on a college curriculum, and the great class of philosophy is not taught worth a crap, as if communists developed our college education starting in the early 1900's, (guess what happened in real life?). A child with a normal functioning brain, no matter what the race or gender, will start talking and figuring out reality around the age of 2. It is what happens after that, that makes most of the difference.
You are agreeing with eugenics, communism,--------not "individual lbierty" that was the founding of the USA because it recognized "We are created equal". That does not mean we have thumbs. That means we can reason and figure out reality,----if practiced. It is not automatic. I know which philosophies teach our variation is mostly genetics, and what teaches in our schools. I see genetics playing maybe a 5% role, with environment and the child's spirit playing the rest. I will not agree with deadly, murdering communism.

actually i just read that people with a higher EQ are more likely to succeed as well because its easier for them to make social connections and be liked by people, which can get them into good positions. so you can have either/or and still make a good life for yourself. sadly my iq is just meh, probably average/slightly above average and my eq is also pretty average. sooooo the chance im ever gonna succeed is probably like a 50/50. lmaooo. take an eq test though! you might be gifted in that area, you don’t necessarily know.

@Sunny Forest Yeah tell that to the people who aren't smart enough to do things on their own and can't even have independence. Tell that to the people with schizophrenia who usually have IQ's of 70 making it hard for them to do simple things. Honestly I can't believe peoples ignorance sometimes. While EQ is a good thing, people use it as a way of dismissing intelligence and you just can't do that. IQ, whether you like it or not, matters and I believe it can be improved but people like you just piss me off because you have no idea what you're talking about.

    • @user-tb7ml8kz7h
      @user-tb7ml8kz7h 11 місяців тому +2

You seem to have never encountered actual talent. Because real talent is not merely "I am a bit better than most people at this specific activity", but it also drives, inspires and pushes the talented person to become great and consequently famous. And the most shocking part is that truly talented people stay humble and down to earth, because they don't see their objectively great achievements as anything extraordinary, but merely "that is something I do, since I am somewhat good at it."

@@bruhmoment748 Not "easy peasy", but also not "Worship the ground I walk on, since I am that great for achieving this".
For the actually talented, their achievements seem normal because that is what they do, and yes, it involves hard work, and sometimes a lot of it, and yet it doesn't become a source of pride.
Since pride is when you pretend that the good thing is yours, when it actually isn't, just as shame is pretending that a bad thing isn't yours, when it actually is.
In many cases, for the truly talented, success is an inevitability, since it is just the end result of learning from enough failures.
Many want to bask in the glory of success, but few are willing to endure the countless failures that success is built upon. But for those few, success is inevitable.
Talent is not only "I am built different so I am vastly better at it than any normal person", but also the inspiration and determination to not see failures as anything but a stepping stones toward success.

There is only 1 thing the smart do, that the stupid don't: It is a simple 3 step process, the first step of which the stupid find too emotionally painful, due to our wrongful incorporation of our stupidity into our ego, and that prevents us from proceeding to the next 2 easy steps.
    So the steps are:
    1) Admit that your knowledge base is flawed (insufficient/wrong/outdated). Your stupidity is not a part of you, so stop defending it. Because being a moron is ok, staying a moron isn't.
    2) Find exactly where the flaw is.
    3) Fix the flaw by (re)learning.
And that is it. Just employ this process as often you can, and you will become smart faster than you know it...

Everyone born stupid and smart. We should all agree. Everyone who do stupid bad things ended up in jail and smart gets a good life. I would forgive all those people who do wrong, bullies and prisoners. Everyone do makes mistakes.

I do not know what is stupid or not stupid about being in jail?
It is a logical consequence of someones action. There are good reasons to lock someone up.
Would you say that every prisoner is dumb and therefore should be reprieved? No way!

if you meant a "good grade" than just for you to know that grades from school does not matter, really, and education system is freakin broken. It doesnt make yoou smart, it makes you remember what happened in year 1482 and how to use a method. Some of school tasks are actually making you train some of your thinkin like literature and writing or informatics classes but huge amount of them and surely most of classes make you just dumber cause they take you time you could spend improving thinking
love ya, sending hugs. if i mistake what you meant im sorry hahh,
