Love my Bully Glyder. I actually ended up making a makeshift high/low row pulley system with my SS UPS centered off the back of my rack. It's super smooth.
Thanks for the great review. Between yours and Matt Pendergraph's review, this is a no-brainer for me now. In your video, when doing low row movements you have a couple of options for feet bracing. Can you tell me what those are?
I have the Rogue low row kit that comes with lat pull-down seat and also foot plates. www.roguefitness.com/monster-lite-rack-mount-lat-pulldown-seat-low-row-kit?sku=RA2142-BLACK-MG&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAivGuBhBEEiwAWiFmYccYNbj50Qfjego1LnN0P9BxOc2iaPXKC9VViUwBii2dBdLB_JdCeBoCT9kQAvD_BwE
@@BrimhallBarbellClub Thank you. I need to get with Rogue. I have looked at that link and the contents/options/prices are confusing to me. I can't tell whether what you have is $345 or $345 plus another $305. Sometimes Rogue's links aren't as clear as they could be. Either way, thanks for your help.
I saw in your video you had to sit away in order to do any upright movement from the lower solo pulley. Is this because the cable would get in the way of the seat?
how'd you change the length of the rogue slinger cable without cutting off one end altogether, couldn't get those stock ends to loosen and pop off the actual cable for the life of me....
Good review - love the passion. In terms of price, move to Australia where this type of product costs double the shelf price due to shipping and currency….. then you’ll really feel pain 😢😢
Man, this looks amazing!
One of my all time favorite additions to my gym. Worth every penny. Thanks for watching!
great info; Bully Glyder recommends bolting your power rack to the ground; is your Rogue Rack bolted down? I have a Rogue ML-490.
My rack is bolted down.
I have a ML-3

Would love to see what you did! The UPS is a great option.
I have a bully glyder being delivered today to use with my ss ups high as well. Really excited to get this setup.
@@TheGeneralPractition you are going to be happy!
@@BrimhallBarbellClub Just finished installing it. Extremely smooth. What a great peice of gear.
Yes!!!! Awesome!
Now I just need to move all the other attachments and magnetic markers off my rack 😞Sweet review. Cheers.
😂 thank you!

Before the low row kit I used a stiff foam roller to put my feet against. Not perfect but it worked.

@@rickherrick1732 it’s confusing. $615 for both for monster lite. Definitely not cheap but a really nice set up.
@@BrimhallBarbellClub Ouch. So $360 for Slinger, $615 for bottom pieces and ~ $500 for Bully. Dang, thats a lot of money.

Good stuff Big Jack! 💪🏼
Thank you, sir!

I can do either. It doesn’t get in the away. I just mix it up.

I bought a different cable. Surplus Strength will sell you cable for whatever length you need.

Thanks for watching! Yeah, I bet shipping costs are crazy!
Tendrán un plano del accesorio? Ese del video.
@@josealexismelendezseijas.8402 not sure your question but I got the slinger extension as an accessory so it lined up perfectly. It’s awesome.
Loved it thanks, one question, how wide on the inside is it and how long.
Thank so much.
5 inches wide from inside metal to metal and with extensive goes 10 inches from the actual upright.
@@BrimhallBarbellClub thank you, much appreciated.
If you buy2 can add a barbell to make it like a Smith machine?
They have some prototype stuff I think. Matt pendergraph has done some footage of two as a Smith machine.
@@BrimhallBarbellClub ok thanks!!
