1 sachet of dry yeast
3 eggs
50 g sugar
pinch of salt
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
330 to 360 g wheat flour, sifted
80 g butter, at room temperature
1 egg + salt for coating
For the filling:
150 g ground poppy seeds
100 ml hot milk
40 g butter
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
50 g ground almonds
1 egg + salt to coat
