Wendy Jean, you can keep the file name or correct it, it doesn't matter. What is important is that YOU know the great music that you are keeping in your "Tuna Skinny" file.
Was going to say the cornet sounded as sweet as Bix. Didn’t Tram play a C melody rather than alto? This music is like a fine, well aged claret and gets better as time goes by.
I think you would have to wait a very long time for a copy of the sheet music to come up on eBay. If you have a good ear, try tackling it for yourself (as Tuba Skinny probably did). This one is fairly straightforward (standard 32-bar on a simple chord progression in Eb [though they drop to C just for one chorus - exactly as King Oliver did]).

When I played the trumpet in the orchestra, I always cleaned it with goya paste and it always shone like gold. It would be nice to clean the trombone.
