What? No comments on this? Well... As the number one fan (?) of Bronx Wanderers here in Las Vegas, I've got to tell everyone that: 1. The Bronx Wanderers are the most amazing band of the Bronx and Las Vegas, playing mostly 1960's (with a few late 1950's songs by Dion and the Belmonts from the Bronx, hits that were on the radio at or BEFORE Vinny Adinolfi was born! (1958). 2. I know EVERY song they play from that era (i was guitar player, Columbia Studios, Hollywood, on quite a few of the songs they play!). 3. While they do all the good old rock n roll songs from that era.... 4. They break into an amazing cover of Bruno Mars "Uptown Funk" from when? 2010? and... 5. Vinny Junior wanted to surprise his Dad (Vinny Adinolfi Sr, of course) about 8 years ago, with an amazing cover of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, which you captured here. And they do it once in every show. I'm always astonished how they ALL come in, precisely on time, precisely on key, with 'Is this the real thing?" first line! How do they do that? I asked Vinny Sr one night and he said they all have ear pieces in their ear... Yeah? so what? what do they hear? A lead note of the proper key? A tick-tick-tick of the timing? (that wont' bring them in ON_key!). Oh well... Vinny Junior NAILS THIS! And I fall out of my chair at Southpoint every time I see them perform this song! I'll be there again, December 27th, Southpoint showroom and will be dazzled once again!

The amazing Bronx Wanderers will be here in Las Vegas at the Southpoint hotel show room, December 26, 27, 28th and... AGAIN, on New Years Eve, Dec 31st 2023! I'll be there. now... the last time I saw them a couple month ago, Vinny's son/(brother to Jr) came back from New Joisey (or where ever, not sure he went back to the Bronx) to PLAY the DRUMS! YAY! Now... for this December 2023, Y'all come see them, Vinny Adinolfi, (lead singer, dad).Vinny Adinolfi John Junior (the one you see in this video singing like Bruno Mars), David Braun on Keyboard and Sax and more guitar sometimes, Joe Bari (guitar), Fernando Tort on Bass, and Carl Collison on drums (if Vinny junior's brother doesn't show up). Now... I've got to ask Vinny Junior why he always wears that white jacket when singing this song? Does Bruno Mars wear one like that? And... Vinny Junior... if you are reading this, grab me Dec 27th at Southpoint after the show and offer to BUY my 1961 classic Fender Jazzmaster guitar! $18,000 and its yours! Dan E.

At 72 I might still make a musician (I can't even play a harmonica, most of the kids at school could). But I recognised Haruka's tone before I actually spotted her. I'll have to listen to this some more,but meanwhile,irrelevantly: This song is on Roy Orbison's "In Dreams" LP which my brother bought in 1965, and a copy of which I still possess. Since the original burned in my caravan fire around 1990. Roy does the famous Big "O" treatment on this, with slow build up to the dramatic climax. A great track which should be taught in schools.
