Samantha Briggs and Camille Leblanc-Bazinet go head-to-head for the women, and Rich Froning and Jason Khalipa throw down for the men.
Absolutely LOVE the fact the boys wore each other's Box's shirts!
Rich was at my box (Panhandle Crossfit) a couple weeks back and that dude is a BEAST!! He was my reason for getting into Crossfit, these guys and gals are amazing.
i am 100% with u i raced home ate in like 2 seconds went on the website and was shocked opened up like 5 pages trying to get it to work then found it kind of worked on my iphone but was so slow i just took deep breath screamed a lil like why god and took a shower knowing i could watch it today on youtube helped a lil

Quality mate not Quantity. Unfortunately Crossfit doesn't really teach you that. Injuries are quite well known in crossfit if your form is not done correctly.

Why do you think that? :) I not saying they started using it now, im saying they always used it. At a certain level you just cant get faster stronger or better without using more from a certain drug. Im not saying all of them, but the top who's been racing for the title, im sure.

Volume. These people do charted and logged workouts constantly. The results would be off enourmously during the time between the Regionals/Games and then the actual games. But besides the basic improvements/shortcomings they stay pretty consistent. It wouldn't be that way if they were on for most of the year and off during a small part.
Why did Castro wear a costume for the night? Is he going to prom afterwards or some shit?
