These are beautiful homes in my dream city of Roseville but I think I’m price out, 110K income looks like is not enough anymore 😔 My rent is $3,500 monthly in the bay area but I think a monthly mortgage payment in Roseville is way more than that, well! I have to keep saving and definitely will reach out when I’m ready. 😃
@wendyR1 all depends on house type & if we can negotiate you fantastic lending incentives. For example, some clients are getting rates in the 3s & 4s and that can make a huge impact to payments. We find that it's hard for most clients to save faster than the market appreciates. I highly recommend reaching out now to make sure we don't have an option. Waiting normally just prices people out of the market unfortunately. We can help you run the #s & see if it makes sense or not.
@OGLocsta09 low $400ks is tough for new construction. We have like 1 in the Lincoln Area that is advertising at unit at$399k. Most are pushing around mid-$400ks to upper $400k if they exists. We see them in outskirt areas like Plumas Lake, Yorba Linda, then maybe Rancho & Antelope as you push into the mid-to upper $400ks. The challenge with the one we have in Lincoln is then they are attached homes & have higher HOAs plus Mello Roos, so technically like qualifying for a higher priced home. Condo's are your best best in the sub-$400k & again they will come with hefty HOAs, but you can get some in the low $300ks (NOT NEW).
@OGLocsta09 of course, we'll be here! Reach out when you are ready to learn more about the path to homeownership. Sometimes it takes patience, but with an educated plan you can work towards it via the correct steps 😉
@mernafarmer1066 define affordable LOL...most of the newer options in 95747 that you see on rent dot com will work, but rents run high. There are new "affordable housing" classified apartments opening, I am not sure the requirements, but seems like a good time to hop on those while they rent up if someone qualifies income wise. Name of one of those is Prospera at Fiddyment. A couple other complexes our clients stay at (not classified affordable housing) is Solstice at Fiddyment Ranch & Campus Oaks Apartments.

Are there any new builds in the low $400,000 range? Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, or El Grove area preferred. 2+ bed and bath.
