Thanks for taking the time to post. It's appreciated. I wanted to mention that it looks like you put your tie rod end into the knuckle upside down. I'm not sure if this is a safety issue but I'd definitely get back in there and correct this.
I"m so grateful I found your video. saved me a ton of time and headache. I have to change a tire rod on my 4 wheeler and the alignment is off bad. thanks to you, this will be done super fast and save me a ton of money by not having to take it to the shop to have it done.
This might work fine for you, but its not correct.. Factory spec usually calls for about 1/4" of total toe in or toe out depending on the quad (it was probably closer to right at the start).. Alignment string shouldnt wrap around the front, but squared only to the rear wheels, and handlebars should be ratchet strapped to hold them straight, finally the alignment should be done or atleast checked again with full weight on the ground.
Exactly l had a sama problem, thanks so much for your effort.

ok thanks for the tip. i'll double check it. i installed it based upon how the original was installed at the factory.

You should be tying off the handlebars perfectly straight before you do the alignment. (Use ratchet straps)
