    Yessir! Thanks! I've been able to get into kettlebells because of you! I'm tried to get lean at 165 for my judo competition, and this is definitely a workout. Plus this saved me lots of money and kept home workouts more interesting with a different type of weight!

    Quick question.... How do you manage to grip the kettlebells when you start to sweat? I use liquid chalk which works well for the first 30 mins, but after that the palms are sweaty and it ruins the final part of the workout. Any tips?
