Really interesting point re: hauls! I actually talked in therapy about how I swing between wanting to treat myself and buy myself all the things I didnt have when I was younger and also caring about the planet and not wanting to just.. succumb to consumerism. Finding that balance is really hard because at the end of the day looking good and treating yourself DOES make you feel good, but then theres a guilt that comes with it. I think as long as we are conscious about our buying (only buying things we truly want and havent been told to want/will get wear out of) and doing our bit in terms of recycling existing wardrobe and belongings then its OK. Too much if an onus is put on as as the individual (and I feel women especially!!!!) to fix the world when its corporations responsibility.

What you have, how you would style it, staples or must haves. What you have vs pictures of what is currently on trend and how to reduce buying more but having good quality that doesn’t go out of date.

Haha. I am American and yes those notebooks are very US. We call them composition notebooks. My kids LOVED Harriet the Spy so I’ve seen it many times. This brought me back.
I like to watch people’s haul videos because I’m happy they can buy what they want and they’re happy. When I get to that place i can spend, I have ideas from your videos and inspiration. I think it’s very thoughtful of you to think about the excessive ness, but I would prefer you just show the stuff you buy whenever you feel like! Personally :)

Vitamin C, less than 1000ug, possibly would help your hair grow back, supermarkets have good vitamin C, breakfast helps hair growth, such as overnight oats with soya milk, I have mine with walnuts, and honey. Xx
