What a lovely Vlog & of course showing Indie around Portugal is just the best. Making such memories with her is so nice. My family & I will be visiting Lissabon over Christmas, we can’t wait to try out all that seafood. Lots of love from Hamburg, Germany 🇩🇪.
So many childhood memories of doing long roadtrips throught Portugal with my family and stopping at these huge, nice service stations. I've lived out of Portugal for 15 years and have definitely never seen service stations this welcoming anywhere else 🤭
They're nice but very expensive though, you can buy the same things about two or three times below the service stations' price only a few kilometres outside the main tolled roads.

As a Mum of a 4 year old little girl it was great to watch this vlog with you & ypur little girl travelling. Like you I'm a lover of city breaks, Copenhagen being the last one (Loved it) but it was child-free so this vlog has inspired me for next trip with my girlie. Portugal is definitely an option as I never really would have considered it before.but Lisbon & the other areas look beautiful ❤

I was solo traveling in Lisbon early August this year and it was soooo hot. Actually stayed in LX Hostel and I highly rec to anyone visiting Lisbon, especially if you wanna meet other solo travelers. It's a bit away from the central area, but bus stops are close + Bolts (like Uber) are available for getting around.
Went to Porto after and liked it better 🥰 Love Portugal, overall though!
If you think Lisbon is hot just go to the Alentejo region...

Would you recommend travelling with a young kid? I want to travel so much (I haven’t seen much of Europe) but I’d love to take my son. He’s 18 months right now so I wouldn’t take him yet but was it nice, stressful, fulfilling? You’ve inspired me to still travel and take him along for the memories!

For a person who doesn’t enjoy sea food, Portuguese food was the worst food I ever had. My trip was a nightmare in that aspect. Apart from that it’s a beautiful country and the Algarve coast is just stunning ❤

Yeah I totally get what you mean. Me and my friends went this September and none of us are big seafood fans and we wanted to try some Portuguese dishes but a lot of them had seafood, so it’s definitely something to consider if you’re not a seafood fan. However, Portuguese food is great if you are tho lol
