JLU Hemi swap part 1

We are figuring out the Hemi JL conversation, we have here a 2021 JL we are going to put a 392 in and this Jeep will be smog legal. We have figured out the frames on the JL are different, we have a 2021 JL with a 2.0L and the JL mounts for a 392 Hemi JL are different than the 2.0L mounts. But the other frame we have is a 2018 JL and the mounts are the same as a JK frame mounts so we can use our bolt in mounts from the JK. More to come here has we figure out how the install a Hemi in a JL.

I'm not sure about a manual, I'm not sure what it would take or what transmission, seeing that the GetRag 238 is long gone. Now i know a guy using a JK Diesel 2.8L manual transmission.

Ok I got a question I have a 2001 tj can I put a 8 speed in it with tdi conversion would that work?
