Thank you for this recipe, it was not only easy but the end result was amazing. The video is short and too the point and that's the great thing about all your videos. Thank you Florency.
Thank you Florency, all your recipes are so good and simple. I tried this one today. The chicken luncheon meat turned out very nice. Already looking forward to trying out all your recipes. God bless you always.
I have started following yr recipes and whatever I have been seeing each and everyone is too good. Though I have to still try them but am sure with the way you demonstrate and the ingredients it will be yummy. Thanks and God bless you and your family.
Hello Fatima! I read your message, and it brought such a great smile to my face 😄 Thank you so much for your kind words. So glad to have you here! God bless you and your family too❤️
As always, your recepes are great. This is superb for school lunches, as well as otherwise. Love you and your food Take care and God's blessings abundantly.
Hi Florency, this recipe looks amazing! Will definitely try it this weekend. What is the shelf life of this luncheon meat? Also, do we have to store it in an airtight container?
Hello Jocyleen :) The water (juices) that remains at the top is completely normal; you have to allow the meat to cool in the dish, and it will gradually reabsorb the juices. This will make the resulting luncheon moist and delicious 😋 So glad you tried it! Thank you❤️
Yeah, many recipes call for boiling the meat; if it's wrapped in a casing then it's no problem at all, but steaming helps for a tin mould. This recipe is more of a kitchen tip or ‘jugaad’😌 Aslam, you seem to enjoy cooking so much, thank you for sharing your excitement here! 🤗
@@FlorencyDias always wanted to be a chef...but dint pursue it...was a hippie life ..when realized going nowhere..took a stand...and am enjoying every aspect of life thanking Almighty God 🙂

Thank you for writing such a warm feedback about my work, Sharon :) Ultimately, cooking depends on the maker's heart and hands, so really it's your magic! I'm happy that I have your support, thank you again💕
Made the recipe for sandwiches, Florency. Substituted the chillies with 2 tbsp red chilli flakes and a tbsp of cracked pepper. They all disappeared in a jiffy! Mmmm, nom, nom, nom!
Firstly, Compliments of the Season to you Ms. Dias. May God bless you with good health & more success. I tried out your recipe. It was good in taste but I didn't get the color shown in your recipe. Besides it is not staying firm like your slices. It is crumbling. Can you please advise on both of these queries. Thank you.
Hello Karen💕 Honestly, I've not tried tendli pickle, but it's been on my mind to learn it from a relative of mine. I'll certainly upload the recipe when I do✨
Thank you, Anthony💫 To answer your question, yes, this can be baked in an oven. Here is my meatloaf recipe, that may interest you, it has hardboiled eggs in the centre which you can skip: ua-cam.com/video/-CIbOdRFAyU/v-deo.html Hope this helps ✨
Thank you, Winnie! And oh, no worries about typos at all, as the famous line in Shakespeare's play, ‘What's in a name?’ ❤️ Yet, I respect the fact that you came back to say this :)
Thank you, Philomena :) Your question is similar to another I just answered. Here's what I'd recommend: Soy sauce, sheschwan or even red chili sauce. Even the addition of mint and coriander will do well, but depending on the quantity you use, they could lend the chicken their green colour, which by the way, looks quite good. We love black pepper at home, so we sometimes go overboard with that; also dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder are good choices. I've worked with these, but you can try your own flavour and combinations💫 Hope you find this helpful, Philomena ✨
@@FlorencyDias Thank you ever so much Florency..that was really helpful..all l had added was just some lime juice and it really tasted lovely..now l have other choices! Thanks once again God bless
