  • HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE SAUSAGE: this chicken salami, very tasty and very healthy, is perfect for sandwiches and appetizers! Make this very simple and very easy recipe at your home.

    2 drumsticks
    1/2 chicken breast
    3 carrots
    1 onion
    3 cloves garlic
    2 bay leaves
    4 teaspoons salt
    2 teaspoons paprika powder
    a pinch of pepper
    300 ml. stock in which everything was cooked
    50 g. gelatin

    Genuine, super video, Grateful.I buy 5kg chicken polony a month for my 2 dogs for their breakfast together with pork bones and dog chunk and eat about 4 thick slices sliced into scrambled eggs myself.It's very good.

      Thanks. As a last resort, I've seen people take a plastic bottle. You can buy plastic hoses in butchers btw.

    Hi. I followed this recipe, but when I put this on pan to heat the salami after freezing it, it did not stay in shape and turned mushy. If you can, please help me to identify what went wrong.

      Instead of freezing, steam the mixture till it becomes solid. Then you can fry it or freeze and then fry without it becoming mushy or losing its shape

    Some of the things that i could still remember were modified starch, isolated soya protein, centutex(stem), phosphate, salt&seasoning,, herbs&spices, meat and ice cubes.

      Chicken thighs, breast and drumsticks. It must fall apart.
