Hey Joseph, I have a question. I have the Music Pro subscription and work as a freelancer. Since I can only add 3 social media accounts, how does it work when I get many different clients each month, each wanting only one video project? How do I ensure compliance? Does the license only apply to those three clients for whom I've listed social media accounts in the clear list? Because I have more than 3 clients for whom I need music.

I already used Artist for one year. now I have to renew but did not work for me. I went to my bank today and asked if something happened with my card. because I can use it to pay for my Artlist. they checked for me but did not happen only one thing they told me i have to content Artlist.
is this applying to instragram as well?
please can someone help I been paying for artlist for about 2 yrs but recently its started only playing a 20 second preview. I really used to like it playing the whole song and going to the next afterwards so i could continuously listen till I found a decent song do you know how I can make this happen again as its so fustrating having to keep going to the next while im working. Its a cool platform but will cancel account and going to another service if I cant fix this, Many thanks in advance :)

Hey G, wanna ask what about the footage claim? If it happens. Didn’t artlist only allow one UA-cam account per artlist account ?
With the social Music/SFX plan you can only clear one channel, but with the Pro plan or the Max plan you can link up to 3 channels to your account, plus manually clear as many as you need by pasting their links in the clearlist. Hope this answered your question!
I work with an Apple M1 14" laptop and Bose headphones for UA-cam creations. The only sound that is distorted is forom my ARTLIST downloads. Anyone know why?
Thats strange! Idk why, but a quick fix could be downloading a WAV file instead of the mp3 (or vice versa if you usually download WAV) give it a shot and lmk!
What if a client uses the content on a platform other than UA-cam? I only have a finite amount of channels per platform I can clear (3 max per platform) so what happens when client number 4 on Facebook uses the content there? How do I clear that?
You’ll be able to clear that client #4 by contesting the claim and sending a copy of your license for the song to the claimant. I’ve never personally gone through that process on FB, but because you can download your license PDF, you always have proof of your right to use the song.

Hello Joseph! How I can clear clients video before sending it to them? I diddnt find the way before sending and now all this video in FB and Inctagram of my client are blocked! What should I do to prevent my clients' videos from being blocked in the future? And what should I do now that all the videos are already blocked?
If you go into your account page, navigate to the clearlist tab and copy/paste links to the videos where they’re posted on your client’s social media pages. This will clear the posts. There’s no way to do this before they post the video, so you just have to add these “clearing links” asap after the client posts the content you give them.

Do you have to keep your subscription to avoid copyright claims? What if you cancel membership
Any videos you post/clear while you have a subscription will remain cleared forever even if you cancel your membership - you just wont be able to post any NEW videos after cancelling

Update they changed this and now you have to clear it!
