It's called proper technique. One of them I'm pretty sure is screaming while he's breathing in. Then there's the fact he can do vocal fry while he's using a soft voice meaning he has the technique to use it almost whenever not just where your voicings split which is usually where people do it, so there are things that show he clearly has a vocal coach.

This song means so much to me. Not for any big reason, I just feel heavy nostalgia when I hear it. I used to know every mcr lyrcs from the heart. No one listened to it, or even knew it. It sounds so selfish to say, but mcr was only my escape, I could scream out all of my weird "teenager-wannabe" pain without anyone knowing what I was singing. And now tiktok tries to popularize it, and make it mainstream. I know I am self-centered, and this sounds edgy, even cringe, but I hate how more people started to like it making it one of those meaningless bands everybody istens to for 2 months and then throw it away like it was nothing. Don't get me wrong I love tiktok, but it just consumes every song and then makes it famous for 5 seconds. After that, no one really cares about it. Alternative styles are becoming less and less alternative, as more and more people see it on the app. When I liked mcr back in late 2017-mid 2021-ish, they called me "lame", "emo", etc. but now everyone likes it bc it's gaining popularity on tiktok. It is kinda heartbreaking lol :(

Things went sour for both of us, depression among other things. I decided yo break up for the sake of us. I’m a dude but I fucking love this band. Was with my sister when I saw the music video for Helena on MTV and fell In love with them. My sister got me their CD and about a year later I got the black parade CD and a sweater. I was super stoked, but than I found out about their first CD “I brought you my bullets” and I went nuts. It’s honestly my favorite of them all, it’s just so raw. From start to finish.

It's called proper technique. One of them I'm pretty sure is screaming while he's breathing in. Then there's the fact he can do vocal fry while he's using a soft voice meaning he has the technique to use it almost whenever not just where your voicings split which is usually where people do it, so there are things that show he clearly has a vocal coach.

This song means so much to me. Not for any big reason, I just feel heavy nostalgia when I hear it. I used to know every mcr lyrcs from the heart. No one listened to it, or even knew it. It sounds so selfish to say, but mcr was only my escape, I could scream out all of my weird "teenager-wannabe" pain without anyone knowing what I was singing. And now tiktok tries to popularize it, and make it mainstream. I know I am self-centered, and this sounds edgy, even cringe, but I hate how more people started to like it making it one of those meaningless bands everybody istens to for 2 months and then throw it away like it was nothing. Don't get me wrong I love tiktok, but it just consumes every song and then makes it famous for 5 seconds. After that, no one really cares about it. Alternative styles are becoming less and less alternative, as more and more people see it on the app. When I liked mcr back in late 2017-mid 2021-ish, they called me "lame", "emo", etc. but now everyone likes it bc it's gaining popularity on tiktok. It is kinda heartbreaking lol :(
