Nothing better (sounding) than an LS in a small car !! Those drift scenes are the best .. Exactly my kind of "music" 😙 The last minutes of this video are so much entertaining. Thanks for sharing your fun 😘
Awesome job to both of use for building a sick drift car. The exhaust system under the bonnet is out of this world. That's real fab work Crazy job. Paints on point a killa looking ls build. Let's go
Love how genuine you come across in these videos. It's exactly the same as when we speak in person. No extra hype to appeal to UA-cam personality norms... I also really like the practical approach to the setup here. I have an SR in my Toyota, which generates loads of hate form purists, but I'll tell you what, the SR and Rotas have been good as gold and the same motor has been in for over 10 years so as much as it doesn't make all the fanbois happy it works... Keep shredding!
Learned to drive in an '82 1.6GLS and have the softest spot for these. Love what you've done to your's and all the best going forward. New sub from S. A. (i.e South Africa). 😅
It's interesting how much this chassis looks like the E30 BMW. Makes me wonder after thinking about the size and shape as well as the handling capabilities of the 1973-74 Celica and The Datsun 510 and others if BMW might have done some serious copying or at least inspiration from the cars from those years when they made even the 2002 then to the 80's and the E30. Maybe I'm just seeing things as the European cars were already much smaller and handled awesome compared to the USA stuff at the time for sure. LOVE THE CAR! A dream build for sure!!
I think every case is different so I can only comment on my set up, In my case I like the feeling, it makes the car snappier and drives better on full lock which is where my car lives and as though it still runs some Ackerman even though I run close to zero, also aids in chassis rail clearance as I couldn’t run any more lca length due to camber limitations. Down side is how heavy the steering is moving slowly as it is dragging the wheels and has a little higher tyre wear than usual because of it.
@@klingbergmotorsport Thanks! I have a v8 ke70 also, although its running a full s chassis underchassis. how would you describe what happens on full lock? Versus a smaller scrub radius, how does the feel differ?
@@ItsMarkBernardo I can’t compare it to s-chassis stuff as I haven’t ran it in a Corolla before. But it just holds full throttle full angle better while still having forward drive/bite, i only run street tyres as that’s what the regulations with our local series require, so I have tried to get as much forward bite out of the car using cheap tyres. Where as a lesser scrub radius in my car it was less snappy, not as much forward bite and wouldn’t reliably hold full angle full throttle as well. Like I said though that’s just the caractaristics of my car, with the weight and knuckles that I run. Every car is going to have a different reaction.
You can always tell when B2 is out on track even without seeing it....very destinct sounding car.

Can you imagine how good it would sound with a sequential collector? Great build!
Love the content, perfect mix of info and driving, Early days on the tube though you should do some merch, seen the stickers on the dash, 👌
Thanks for the kind words, merch is in the works currently 👌

thanks for to diff tech make sense more oil sweet
Question! Why do you want more (or less) scrub radius?

@@klingbergmotorsport thanks so much!
I have the same ITB set up, where did you purchase the big filter please ?
It’s just a K&N sprint car air filter, they come with a generic base that you can cut to fit. Not cheap though 😅
@@klingbergmotorsport not cheap for sure ! I’ll stick with the foam one I made
