THE BINDING OF ISAAC REBIRTH
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother. The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super-human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

You can collect hearts and store them in the Jar when you're at full health.
Lazarus, A Clone Of issac But Differnt, He Starts Out With 1 Pill, an extra life, and some good stats, Lazarus gets ( somewhat ) better items, but for extange for bigger rooms, and tougher enemies, ( sorry that i spelt things wrong lol ) Also The ''Sparkles" is a confusion effect that makes enemies just go around, attack randomly, they just do random things,

You know, my friend got me into isaac. And now in kinda addicted so seeing this vids is pretty radical
The "sparkles" as you refer to them is a confusion effect on enemies. As clearly displayed with the (i'll call 'em flying red guys) in Cave I of your first run with Lazarus when it temporarily forgot its flight pattern. Glad McMillan made another title and that this series has returned after watching all 100+ episodes each of BoI and WotL. It's quite enjoyable.

Love The Video Keep Up The Good Work
The sparkles gives the monsters like a slow down of a sort like a concussion for you to be able to go in for more hits basically stuns them for a bit.
Man look at Lazarus, he was frighteningly transformed due to those curses and mutilations. I like his battle pets as well.

Going by what I've seen, you have effects, like the glasses and iron bar, reusable items like shoop da whoop and the heads, permanent items like the poop and card, and use items like the pills and tarot cards.
The orbiting tears are great, they do not disapear.

The enemies are so cool!
I think the sparkles stuns the enemy, as it does in cartoons and in other games. however they are from the concussion upgrade not Lazarus, Also Stunned and concussions are similar

I am playing this game a lot and I can tell you this.....- have at least one key for every lvl for the golden door.
Pssstt.... If you need help there is an app which help you and it's for the phone. It's a guide which tells you what the item, trinkets, cards and pills does. It's called The Binding of Isaac Reso. just sayan ^^. I love this game. One more thing. Rainbow poop restores all the red hearts you have lost. Also press spacebar to skip the credits or/and when you enter a new lvl.
at 46:59 it almost sounds like he has swore, we've all been there, just gettin angre.

wooo i beat the boss rush room! azazel+dark bum is awesome also zack if you find rooms requiring 2 keys contain die floors if you find the one with a 6 die youll the lord of flies sadly it takes your orbitals but its awesome
I did too :) Azazel and i picked something up that my laser flew around me and later i got the new strongest item in the game. Its a ring of blood that are your tears its always there and you can cantrol it. Its fucking op i made satan without damage in the same run xD And moms hearth was like 2 secounds
