Thanks for watching my Binding of Isaac Rebirth Gameplay and Walkthrough! I downloaded this game on my PC via Steam. I achieved Golden God on the original Binding of Isaac and Platinum God on the Wrath of the Lamb DLC, so I'm excited to play Rebirth! You may have seen a trailer or teaser, but this playthrough will feature every character and multiple endings! THE BINDING OF ISAAC REBIRTH
When Isaac’s mother starts hearing the voice of God demanding a sacrifice be made to prove her faith, Isaac escapes into the basement facing droves of deranged enemies, lost brothers and sisters, his fears, and eventually his mother. The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action RPG shooter with heavy Rogue-like elements. Following Isaac on his journey players will find bizarre treasures that change Isaac’s form giving him super-human abilities and enabling him to fight off droves of mysterious creatures, discover secrets and fight his way to safety.

Hey Zack, I have one advice - pay a bit more attention to those blue rocks with the cross on them - those "tinted rocks" contain a lot of usefull and rare drops if you blow them up.

I like how it's the Leech that's on your side while the Maggots (which look like cute li'l silkworms) are your enemies.
You unlock him when killing Satan, is a refrence to dante's inferno.
Goat head gives you a 100 percent chance to get a devil or angel room and gimpy gives a chance after being hit to get a soul heart back
Zack, moms toenail causes Mom's severed foot to occasionally stomp on random ares in the room, dealing damage to enemies and you.
It may also reveal a hidden trapdoor leading to a secret room.

You have to defeat the Lamb which after you defeat Satan has a 1% Chance of Opening a room where its just a trap door.You go down and you get a boss room When you go in it says ??? Versus The Lamb. AND THIS THING WILL DESTROY YOU.But you can kill it.If you do you get the "secret ending" the 16th ending. I wont tell you what it is but i actually defeated him. I don't really understand the story and meaning of this game.
Seriously speaking. if you maybe paid any attention to the opening dialogue... oh wait, zack never showed it.well, get the game and sit through the opening cutsce- actually, let me copypasta another comment
"INTRO
You are a boy named isaac who USED to have a happy family, a dad, mom, and sister. Your mom loved maggie, the sister, much more than you because she was a girl. Mom and maggie were like best friends, but then one day, maggie died. (I heard from somewhere that she got sick or either got ran over by a car, cant remember which or who told me). Mom, in trauma losing her only daughter, cries for long periods of time. She even starts to do drugs, taking pills, etc. Dad, getting horrified of what has become of his wife, left the family. Mom went into even deeper depression, only having isaac left. She didnt like isaac as much, though. Mom then learns about christianity. She prays everyday, loving the new god she believes in. She is back being healthy, and everyone is happy again. That is until the drug effects start to kick in again. Mom then "Hears jesus", and he says that isaac is full with sin. she must cleanse him right away. She then, listening to her god, takes away all of isaacs toys and clothes. God talks to Mom again, saying that he is still full with sin. Mom then forces him to read the bible everyday, and locking him in his room without any escape. God then talks to mom AGAIN, saying there is no hope for isaac. She must kill him to prove her faith, and she goes to grab a butcher knife from the kitchen. Isaac, seeing through a crack in his door, starts to panic. He has no escape, since mom locked up everything. But as soon as mom was opening the door, he found a trap door under his carpet, leading to a basement.Isaac right away jumps into the basement, and into the unknown. END OF INTRO
OUTRO Mom finds isaac in his room, and she gets him cornered. He has no where to run, and finally accepts his fate. As soon as this happens, the real god sends an angel to stop moms hand. How? Throwing a bible at moms head, knocking her uncouncious. Isaac then claims victory!
Epilogue This story has many, many different endings, but the one that makes the most sense is this:
The whole game was in isaacs head. He never went into the basement, instead he jumped inside of his toy chest, locking himself in there. While in the toy chest, he is going insane, dreaming of defeating his evil mom, being saved by god, everything, But what truly happens is either one of the following: Isaac dies of suffocation in the chest
Isaacs mom finds him and kills him as a sacrifice."
