*Please, everyone, tell a friend about this channel*. Help GameDave grow his channel, he definitely deserves more subscribers with the quality of countent that he's putting out.
Daniel Urribarri I agree 100%. The problem is that David puts out a video once a month. Unlike Gamester81, Metal Jesus, AVGN, Gamechasers post a video once a week. I'm sure he works so this channel isn't his main priority. But eventually he will hit the 100 thousand mark soon. GameDave is purely awesome
Always look forward to a new Game Dave video, one of the best You Tubers in my view. I always dismiss most golf games but will be giving this one a go after seeing this.
Your enthusiasm, passion, and fantastic editing is what really sets you apart Game Dave. Also, I share your sense of humor, so keep up the great content. Balls and holes, balls and holes!
I believe those are the names of the Nintendo Treehouse on the top players screen. Dayv Brooks is a real person who worked at NOA. His bizarrely-spelled name is present in the credits of many Nintendo games of the era, including Super Mario World.
Game Dave, I really wish you'd make more videos, firstly, because I cannot get enough and secondly, because you really deserve the subscribers. Since you started your UA-cam channel, you've been my favorite UA-camr. Great content in great quality! Have a nice day Game Dave and everybody in the in comment section! (: P.S. If the fact that you currently have less than 1 % dislikes on this video doesn't tell you something, then I don't know what would. :D
Believe or not, the Japanese Famicom version of this game (Called Mario Open Golf) has entirely different courses as well as different music for the title screen. It's just something I'd like to put out there.
Burning Elsen That's true, I know that. What I meant though was that there was a Japanese release of NES Open on cart. Iirc there were 2 Mario Golf games on the Disk System, Famicom Golf: Japan and US Course (one of them he showed) and Mario Open Golf, which is on a regular Famicom cartridge.
Thumbs for having Jackie Chan's Hero Story song from his Police Story movie in it! That is probably his best song that keep your heart pumping for more action!
I really love your choices of games to review. It's always so varied and interesting, and not just another pointless Zelda/Metroid/etc review, or pointless top 10 lists. It's really obvious that your doing this because you love gaming, and not to chase subscribers for UA-cam monies with click bait videos. Thank you Game Dave, and keep up the amazing content!
I'm still remember this Jackie Chang song lyrics. I was in frustation with this Police Story movie (Ken chap Kuzi) when I was little back to 1986 (9 years old) when I use to speak and understand Cantonese. You made me happy showing tjat part :) thanks
My stories have PNES Masters Golf in which Mario and Luigi take on the likes of Harry, Steve, Peter, Dave, Bruce, Clive, Ken, Seve, Nick, Bernhard, Tiger, Ian, Stewart, Arnold, Sandy, Greg, Woosey, Ernie and Colin.
Great channel! very entertaining! I was wondering if you have ever considered doing an episode on NEO GEO ports and all of the various iterations on all of the different consoles, as well as comparing and contrasting them against one another?
New video, yes! I like Famicorner lots more compared to that talking wall but it's great to see any new videos by you. I'm really into Game & Watch now, anyway you could do a video on all the different series? The ones with Panorama Screens specifically?
Man, I feel bad for the kids growing up without the game Dayv, when UA-cam videos were REAL. The world of 2 years ago were sooooo much better than the world of today.
Pretty good looking game but I'm sure a lot of that has to do with this being a late release on the NES and by then they really knew how to take full advantage of the power of the console.
the day after I see the Pokemon Power of Us movie at a movie theater with that same Ms Pac-Man/Galaga combo machine, I decide to marathon Game Dave and he has the same exact model and make of the machine I mashed buttons on. What are the odds
but seriously, there actually is/was a temple of the twin dragons, which is probably why the Shelf picked this Bimmy reference... schooling Dayv in Game Fu. He reminds me of the cpu. from Red Dwarf, with a hint of the cpu. from 2001 a space odyssey. And maybe a little of that guy in trainspotting.
So I put Game Dave and Jackie Chan on my island in Tomodachi Life some time ago. I even tweaked Game Dave's birth year so that Jackie and Game Dave would have 100 % compatibility. (Honestly, I have no idea how old Game Dave is.) So far, Jackie Chan has made a ton of friends, but Game Dave is not one of them. Game Dave has... No friends. None. I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry.
Mario sure wore different clothings on the 1st system he appeared on . It Suck he doesn't on all the Nintendo systems that came out afterwards just power up clothings.
Nes Golf actually was one of the best designed golf games, the execution of graphics make it so playable. the only thing that would of made it better......... if the Double Dragon Twins and River City Ransom players were the top golfers......haha..

He puts a lot of effort into making his videos that's why it takes him forever.
The best 3 Minute Intro ever :D
Always look forward to a new Game Dave video, one of the best You Tubers in my view. I always dismiss most golf games but will be giving this one a go after seeing this.
4:15 to get to the actual start of gameplay
You're skipping some of the best content
Your enthusiasm, passion, and fantastic editing is what really sets you apart Game Dave. Also, I share your sense of humor, so keep up the great content. Balls and holes, balls and holes!
Thanks for another great Video Dave! Really an underrated Channel!
no he is DAYV
Retro Gaming Panda your right

Luigi:oh it's past my bedtime,
Me:IT IS 5 IN THE AFTERNOON
Just picked up NES Open yesterday because of this video, great game and great video Dave!
The Police Story theme song being played made me far too happy
I literally had the same reaction xD
Love how you've got an overarching wrap around story sandwiching game reviews. Legitimately curious on where this is going. Great stuff, my dude!
congrats on your first arcade machine!😀hope you two are vefy happy together!😜
The plot thickens. Your videos are really good, Game Dayv
Well played.

Always a good day when Dayv puts out a new video..!!!
I'm a fan of Nintendo's golf games -- it's interesting how little the system has changed over the years!
Man, hearing that music on the title screen was really nostalgic. I used to play this as a kid, but it's been ages since.
Believe or not, the Japanese Famicom version of this game (Called Mario Open Golf) has entirely different courses as well as different music for the title screen. It's just something I'd like to put out there.
He mentions it briefly at 8:50

Mouth hugs... (chuckle, chuckle)... love your videos and your style of comedy. Thanks!!
aka the first official game that estabilished the Luigi x Daisy ship
I'm still remember this Jackie Chang song lyrics. I was in frustation with this Police Story movie (Ken chap Kuzi) when I was little back to 1986 (9 years old) when I use to speak and understand Cantonese. You made me happy showing tjat part :) thanks
How does this channel have so few subscribers. This is gold.
This is so good, intro included.
I'm playing this on Switch, it'a really funny game. Thank for the explanation of the rules.
Nice arcade machine!!! Lovely games! btw, that mario golf game looks fun as hell!
Game Dayv
Gaym Dayv
I couldn't care less for real golf, but always enjoy video game golf. Loved this game!
I'm sure you already know your Namco machine has the original Pac Man in it too right?
Came back to watch a classic. Miss Game Dave. RIP your youtube channel.
love your videos Dave, im sure you'll have more fans soon!
14:13: What was that sound effect when you knock the ball out of bounds?
It's a great game for sure. The last 3 years of the nes is full of great stuff. Even though it's golf this game has some good graphics I'll say

They didn’t have enough brown bits for Daisy’s hair 😭
Man, I feel bad for the kids growing up without the game Dayv, when UA-cam videos were REAL. The world of 2 years ago were sooooo much better than the world of today.
I was sad to not see you at the Oscars this year. You sure do make a great show.
this channel deserves way more subscribers.
9:18 Cool Symphogear reference, Dave.
nice plot at the end got me exited :D
I laughed. I cried. I pooped my pants. Thanks.
So glad this is back!
yay new game dave!!!
I have a problem in this game. When I hit the golf ball in the game on the white line it barely even moves. What am I doing wrong?
congrats on the arcade machine bhaiya!
Ah yes, more Game DAYV!
108 holes? A good number? Ohhhh, I gotcha, Game Dave.
I'm sorry I could watch a whole video of game Dave getting into arcades!
Yes! Moar Game Dave!!!!!!! Love you bro!
I...I don't think Game Dave knows what mouth hugs are...
I need that t-shirt!
I really love this game.. easily best of the NES golf games for me. I just started recording some tournaments for my channel.. nice video!
I liked playing the proper tournament and getting the additional prize money.
@@grahampearson5670 I do that pretty often too.. I'm a gazillionaire!
Game Dave new video sweet production value content
4:15 for how to play

Another very funny episode. Good job!
I need your videos like oxygen. Ok maybe not that much. I had Golf on Game Boy as a kid and it was alright.
but seriously, there actually is/was a temple of the twin dragons, which is probably why the Shelf picked this Bimmy reference... schooling Dayv in Game Fu. He reminds me of the cpu. from Red Dwarf, with a hint of the cpu. from 2001 a space odyssey. And maybe a little of that guy in trainspotting.
Game Dave your show is so great. Can we request you bring us an episode of 'Breath of the Wild'?
If only the humans in Mario Odyssey looked like they actually fit *at all* in a Mario game, like the ones here.
... I'm guessing I jumped in the middle of some plot
Same

Another great video Game Dayv!
well that was ruddy mysterious
Great video, subscribed! Playing on the Switch now 😁
I thought the B on the sign at the title screen was just telling you to press B to start the game
Nice video, man!
Btw, you look like Brent Spiner ;-)
I never even knew about this game until the 3DS Ambassador's Program gave it to me.
Another excellent vid Dave!
why are golf games so fun especially hot shots and mario
This game is tough as nails. I can’t get better than a par most holes if I can even get that! I get so many frowning faces on my score card
Why do i get a Original Series Star Trek Vide from this episode.
aww dang that wall is up to somethin...
3:51 😂
Love This Game
love it so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Didn't Jackie Chan graduate from a school of opera?
Where about's on the east coast are you from?
East coast Canada here, Nova Scotia.
That jacky Chan song gave me chills cause my parents used to listen to him when I was little. Please don't do this to me again.
Is that Bimmy from Triple Dragon Reloaded?
This channel is my favorite channel at the moment ! It’s great, amazing quality and deserves a lot more subs.
Want that suikoden poster.
