@@kevinmitchell766 Well, it's a bit of an issue as the oak was from a fireplace and had been dug by woodworms for centuries...
Usually, if you make a guitar out of oak, it will sound pretty thin, but with the chambering and from being freaking dry...
I think that those buying commercial replicas of his guitar are nowhere near from sounding like the real thing...
Any way, I'm neither interested into signature guitars, nor by sounding like anyone.
My fav'd guitar is neckthru with a hippie-sandwich, it's about 3 quarters of maple, a quarter of alder, 10% of the neck is a graphite bar instead of the trussrod and the fretboard is of phenowood, the wood mixed with phenolic resin being sawdust from Brazilian rosewood... AFAIK, I'm the only one owing two on the 46 ever built between 1991 and 1999 and from a psychoacoustic POV, there are only 2 things inducing the same effect on me, two Guarnerius violins, one is the "Vieuxtemps" used by Anne-Akiko Meyers, you know, the $18m one, the other has no price, it's owned by the city of Genoa and you need to win a contest to be allowed to play it, it's "Il Cannone", formerly owned by Paganini. You can't use these guitars as workmates, it's to intense, you'd end at the loonies if you play these all the time!
When I had an US-Strat, had to fight to make it sound, there is no such issue there, but I have to fight to not enter in a transe instead!!!

I have only been playing for 3 years and only own 5 guitars but I bought the a Schecter Loomis 7 string signature for my birthday a couple months ago and it is the best guitar I have ever played in my life. After playing this guitar for months I dont think I’ll ever buy a guitar that isnt schecter ever again. No its not a super crazy guitar but I think simplicity of its design adds to its charm and the feel and quality is the best ive ever experienced. I think it deserves more than a C tier.

My bro has the Vigier double bumblefoot thing and it plays super well. Not that heavy, I literally have played a single neck ltd guitar that weighed more than this thing. So it just feels really weird and you probably are not gonna make use of the fretless neck at all. But it plays perfect like all vigier guitars and looks cool

The practical use of the Steve Vai Monkey Grip? Have you not seen a Dave Lee Roth Band video clip? It's to get a good grip on it before you toss it over one shoulder during the drum set-up for the solo before you begin to shred and tap so divinely, it makes poor Eddie Van Halen take a step back from his spot in the Band in Heaven to shed a tear...Now please move it up to legendary.

What about the entire PRS SE line? It literally exists as Santana's Signature line. He wanted a cheap PRS model that everyone could afford, and they designed the SE with him.

John Petrucci guitar not legendary? It literally outsold almost every guitar on this list. From what I've read it's one of the best selling signature guitars out there. So many people have this guitar.
As for the dave mustane V, i think it's in A tier. It got so many people wanting to play Jacksons and King Vs.

Wasn’t gonna say anything until he put the TOD10N in the C tier. It’s a nylon which is why the tone is different than your every day acoustic which you probably know, but also how could you put those fretboard inlays in anything lower than A
