@TrainLikeaBallerina so I started with 15 min morning mobility beginner and then 13 min ballerina body workout beginner. Then I tried 14 min beginner floor barre but that was too hard so did other back exercises and cool down. I only had physio on my back yesterday so I didn't want to overdo it starting up again. Hopefully have time tomorrow before or after work 👊 How else do I update you? I don't have Instagram. The Facebook page I can't post on. Much love ❤️
