with the exception of the dip (which might be the best overall exercise on this video)- I would avoid everything in the medial section. supinated grip does not work the tricep differently but it limits the amount of weight you can work with. Bench dips are dangerous and regular parallel bar dips are better anyway. On the bright side- over head extensions ARE the best isolation movement for the long head by far.

What of the most important triceps exercise, the bench press. You left it out.
Bench press targets mainly the chest area
Bench press is for lower chest
The 1st 5 movements are the same just different way of doing them
