Lyrics:
Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin
If I can't help falling in love with you?
Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
For I can't help falling in love with you

1.5 billion viewers watched this concert in 1973 before internet or anything like it existed, Elvis had no idea how iconic he already was
The USA started winning the cold war with this event ostensibly.
And watching still 2024 ❤👑⚡️🎉

His voice is impeccable and he performed all his songs with all his hearts and souls.

He died, indeed, because he gave us his whole body and soul to perform the best he could, even with the help of alcohol and drugo unfortunately
Elvis is still alive. I just heard him signing a song to his wife.. Elvis Enterprises knows he’s alive. And if anyone doesn’t believe he’s alive, watch and listen to Pastor Bob Joyce play the piano and sing Can’t Help Falling In Love for his wife!.,....
He didn’t drink alcohol

It’s been over 47 years since the King Elvis left, nobody still can replace his golden voice nor have the charisma like him.
That key change from C to F is one of the most beautiful ever. I don’t think too much of the studio recording but when he’s firing live it’s near perfection. Rest In Peace King

@@Mr.Mercury_ In the studio version perhaps?
@@legomaster7982 no in the studio version the key is D major
1:24 so much power in his voice!
Exactly, this is my favorite rendition of the song. It might be seen as just a throwaway encore but I like to think that final note was his way of knowing this was an important show and he wanted to give it everything he could and show he was still “the King”
Goosebumps!
Elvis Presley is the best🎀👏

I love how the last girl he reaches out to tries to take his ring and he catches her and smiles at her it's absolutely amazing!
😅
A girl at some concert similarly tried to snatch a ring, a scarf or a lock of hair off Elvis and wound up hurting him a bit. I can't recall the particulars at this very moment but do remember reading that E was quite upset about it.
his tailors were pretty pissed that he tossed his gold belt and cape into the crowd. those cost hundreds of dollars and they had to be replaced right away for the next shows
@@alicedelgado955 ....more like in the low thousands, remember---everything was custom made and the detailing alone was quite labor intensive.
@@msr1116 the cape itself was valued at $10,000 and that was in '73!

When Elvis throws his cape into the crowd, a Sports writer ends up catching it. He would hold onto that cape for years until donating it back to Graceland where it’s on display to this very day.

The King is not dead, he just went home...
He is bob joyce💖
@@Moondoa_ Elvis honored his fans too much to try the ultimate conspiracy - that he faked his death. “These so-called Elvis sightings are hurtful,” Esposito said. “If he were alive, Elvis would never stop singing. He would rather be dead than not be on stage, singing. But I was there, man. He’s gone. I wish he wasn’t, but he is. Elvis is gone.” I don't think he sounds anything like Elvis. Fact is, this world can't accept the fact that a huge celebrity can die.

So handsome! I wasn't born yet but I appreciate his talent and recognize he was good looking!
I'm so fortunate to have witnessed Elvis Presley performing live in concert 💕 one of the highlights of my life!!!
My father, who passed away in January, got to see him in 1969 at the International, I've always been jealous, though Elvis died 7 years before I was born :(

I have never heard a single bad song from this great performer. As a seal to one of the greatest concerts ever is this signature tune, sang in the most emotionally captive ways. He was the greatest at his craft.
The modern songs don't stand a chance against this classic masterpiece ❤
This man commanded that all watch his every move , so much charisma in one man
This is one of my favorite of Elvis' concerts. I used to lined up my dollies and stuffed animals around the television and watch a VHS tape of this show. I would pretend we were at the concert. Elvis passed beyond the veil 11yrs before my birth but his music has been a constant in my life. His talent is so incredible that he continues make fans all over the world even to this day. He transcends time and lives on in his music, films and the hearts of his many fans. ♥️
What a pretty and adorable woman, hello my sweetie ?
At the start of the video it looks like Elvis is standing up from his throne. There will never be anyone like him

I’m only 18 years old so I was born 27 years after Elvis’s death but I’ve grown up listening to his music with my grandma and just love it.
