There are videos of Walmart employees showing the mechanics of these exact ovens. Even in the event that the door slammed shut on purpose, there's a latch exactly where the door handle would be in the inside to let you out. There are windows on the oven. Even pushing on these doors won't close the door without effort. Just think of a microwave. If you don't push hard enough, the microwave door will bounce off the latch and open again. But these walk in ovens have much heavier doors. So you can imagine how much energy it would take to close a large metal door with that sort of mechanism. Not to mention that since there isn't a handle on the inside, just a latch, that this women wouldn't even have ability to close it herself. She'd have to grab the side of the door, swing it hard, and pull her arm inside before the door closes. It makes no sense at all. I suspect it was someone working there or someone trying to get rid of her body. But also, if this oven was in the bakery, and the bakery is open during the day and closed during the night, did she die during daytime hours? And if this occurred at night, then why would she be in the bakeries oven in the first place? I've never seen paid overnight bakery workers.
