If you lower the transmission and use a long extension, you’re are able to loose the bolts, and removing the throttle body, you are able to remove the starter wires and replace the full starter. This job is best on a lift. I mean...any job is better on a lift.
I’ll never forget your useful tips uncle ruckus, I was able to use a 3/8 12 point wrench to get to the e12 bolts.

I’m wondering why you have the bolts running from the back to the front of the car. Mine we opposite with a 17 mm nut behind the bell housing flange
