I just had to come back and tell you. About a month ago, I wanted to try birria tacos. I got a recipe on here from a woman who cooks very well but those tacos took almost 4 hours to make. My hubby enjoyed but then I made these like 2 days later and it took all of 30 min. My husband said these were better 🤣 and I agree! This is the only chicken taco recipe I’ll be using

My mom said they were the best tacos she’s ever had and they were undeniably delicious. The broth dip made the corn tortillas taste like flour tortillas. I’ll be making this at least once a week. SOOO Good!!!!

@@Aissatoubarry100 I think it may have been an ingredient I used. The chilli powder in the rub gave the chicken a horrible bland chilli flavour. Maybe I should switch up the ingredients a little but I followed the recipe to a T.

Just made this and the chicken is super flavorful and not dry at all. The only thing missing is the spice. I added jalapeños to the pico and it definitely helped. Will definitely make it again!

I made this last night and it was AMAZING! I wasn't sure about the broth and hot sauce soaked tortillas but I am never doing it another way again. This method kept the tortillas from falling apart and they were DELICIOUS! Thank you! I'll check out your Fish Tacos now :)

So I want to say today, Mother's Day, I made these tacos. Just added my Sofrito to the pan. The flavor and tenderness of this chicken and the chopped up seasoning with lime is Outttt of Controlttt! When u say sofrito you added your own to the pan when cooking the chicken on the stove? Or you just put the cilantro onion and tomato mix in the pan with the chicken?

I just rub lemon juice on mine before heating them up and it adds alot of flavor

The fact this is low cal aswel is great. I used a large tortilla and cut into quarters and scooped the entire mixture up with them. I added a teaspoon of chilli oil for some kick and texture and it only added an extra 45 cals
