Well it's not bodybuilding it's fighting. None of the ufc fighters are jacked if you're a serious serious weightlifter with good genetics like me, and I don't even juice. They don't train for their physiques is my point. Well it's not bodybuilding it's fighting. None of the ufc fighters are jacked if you're a serious serious weightlifter with good genetics like me, and I don't even juice. Brock is much more jacked than most of the ufc fighters though and is definitely jacked. Also having too much muscle can be bad sometimes for fighting. They don't train for their physiques is my point. There is certain training you do if you want to build your muscles up as much as you can, and certain training you do if you want to win a fight, and your physique means nothing.
