Death Roads Tournament Review. An awesome card battler that's not trying to imitate Slay the Spire

- It seems like nowadays every card battler out there is all hellbent on being the next Slay the Spire or Monster Train. Well, Death Roads Tournament isn't! It's a bada$$ stew of Mad Max 2, The Fast and the Furious, Wacky Races and even throws a little wink at Fallout (because road... road never changes). Be warned though... this is a game that will keep your thoroughly entertained but only for two or three days.
Hopefully this game will get you Magic the Gathering and Gwent players an excuse to give card battlers a try!
Sometimes you are better off when the crazy ones dont call you back. They can take you down with them.
Oh for sure. And this was the case here. (Though I didn't see it at the time).

Played this in Early Access. It was a breath of fresh genre air. Quite enjoyed it. Although, at the time I played, the variety of the enemies was rather limited. Definitely back on my list of games to play now that it's been released.
