Authentic Mexican Chicken Soup 🍗 🍲 | Caldo De Pollo

Caldo De Pollo also known as Mexican Chicken Soup. This is one of the way I Make it . enjoy !
Ingredients:
*1 whole chicken. Cut into piece
Or whatever parts you want to use
Just make sure you cover the chicken with water ALL the WAY to the top !
* 3 Garlic Cloves
* 2 Bay Leaves
* 1/2 of white onion
* 3 tsp chicken bouillon or to taste
*pinch of salt
*whatever vegetables you like . I used:
1 mexican chayote
1-2 carrots
1-2 corn
1-2 russet potatoes
2-3 mexican zucchini
3 stems of cilantro
Also I like to pair it with Mexican rice . Once it’s done put your rice in your bowl and fill the rest with the soup. Enjoy !
