i have msi g27c5 165hertz but showing only 144 with hdmi should i upgrade to display port but someone recomend me that display port is not for gaming
Display port 1.4 support 4k 165HZ so u don't need display port, just change Hdmi cable or adjust native monitor settings
@@MohammedAbrar-s8q my hdmi is new why i have to change it and yes i tried to change monitor settings but it doesnot changes even from amd adraline
ty 4 the great advice and tip number 7 simply your connections b4 installing and pre plug only the connections ur going to use b4 putting the power suppy in 2) make sure the psu fits in ur case.

Damn i also watched the ads, i didn't realized it was an ads. Everything this dude say feels so important i didn't skip a single second
Finally, I've waited for this so i can know which better before buying for any component of pc.
For tip #1, I think you should've also told that the only thing the BIOS update does is undervolt the 13th and 14th gen CPUs, thereby "fixing" the issue which only occurs in high voltage use cases. In other words, 13th and 14th gen Intel CPUs are a lot slower than their advertised specifications.
If you say that the new BIOS update removes the problem in the 13th and 14th gen chips, that may potentially confuse customers into believing that the CPU issue has been completely solved in newly-bought 13th, 14th gen CPUs that have not yet encountered the issue.
Great comment. Sounds like you have all info about Intel CPUs. Care to tell us what percentage of Intel CPUs fail?
So everyone freaks out about a 2 percent failure rate on Intel but AMD has 4 percent failure and that's ok.
@@TravisTheSavagedelusional
@@despairdx so I tell the truth you don't like it so I'm labeled delusional. Show me actual proof not someone's words that it is higher than 2 percent.
@@gerardgauthier4876 because of undervoltage with that microcode games have ~30 less fps as if not undervolted but then again there is a chance for games or windows to crash
Intel's reaction to this huge blunder is not adequate. A full recall should be done... Boy, am I happy I went with AMD 7800x3D & RX 7800 XT on my current PC Build. - Sponsored now? Nice.
im still happy on my 7950x3d and jumped off a crashing 14900k 5 months ago couldnt be happier.
@@adamtajhassam9188 You saved yourself a lot of trouble - Switching is the only choice here.
@@TheReayningis Ryzen 9 7950x 3d is the best processor available right now as I will do heavy game development
@@priyanshuishwarofficial9403 7800x3D
Intel failure rate with the huge problem is 2 percent amd on a regular day is 4 percent failure right. Still feel like you made the right decision.
I was just abt to buy an 14th gen i5 😅so thanks for the info
You have one of the best UA-cam channels in your genre .

I have been using my 13600KF for about over 10 months and it's been very solid. I had no issues, no instability issues even running benchmarks, and doing heavy gaming, and general use. As of now, I'll keep it while it lasts, because if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Love your content btw!
Lucky ahh man
Do u heard about any others news about 13600k. I was planning to buy this but after watching this video I am worried
@@m.m.gaming6788 I think as of now it’s best if you don’t buy 13th and 14th gen processors due to this. I was lucky enough to not encounter problems when I bought my processor 10 or so months ago, and it was before people started having problems. I would suggest getting an AMD processor like the 7000 or the 9000 series, or maybe go with a 12th gen or older Intel processors, as you can find them cheaper yet still performing decently, unless you want to take the risk and buy the 13600K.
Straight to the point
Your advice is always sound 👍🏻❤️
You are the ish man! Love your content. Always have to watch your content when you post. Your videos are very informative and straight to the point. Keep doing what you’re doing.
No drama..no build up..straight to the point ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Summary of this video:
- **Avoid Intel 13th and 14th Gen Processors:**
- These processors are risky, causing crashes in games and programs.
- Some processors have suffered permanent damage due to faulty microcode causing high operating voltage.
- Intel extended the warranty by 2 years for affected processors.
- BIOS updates for motherboards help prevent future issues but don't fix already affected processors.
- **Prioritize GPU Over CPU:**
- Modern programs increasingly rely on the GPU rather than the CPU.
- Tasks like 3D rendering and video editing benefit more from a high-end GPU.
- If your tasks aren't CPU-intensive, allocate more budget to a high-end GPU, ensuring no bottleneck between components.
- **Be Cautious with Liquid Metal Application:**
- Liquid metal is a better thermal conductor but is risky due to its electrical conductivity.
- Improper application can cause short circuits and damage.
- Avoid using liquid metal with aluminum coolers, as it corrodes aluminum.
- **Check CPU and Motherboard Compatibility:**
- Ensure the motherboard's BIOS is updated to recognize the CPU.
- Use the Flashback BIOS button for updates if the PC won't boot due to compatibility issues.
- **Consider RAM and SSD Needs:**
- Dual-channel RAM (e.g., 2x8GB) is faster than a single stick (e.g., 16GB).
- Choose NVMe SSDs with a DRAM module for better performance and lifespan.
- **Select a Reputable Power Supply:**
- Choose a PSU from a reliable brand with an 80 Plus certification for efficiency.
- Avoid unknown brands that may produce substandard power supplies.
- **Bonus Tip: Correct Connections:**
- Ensure your monitor is connected to the dedicated GPU, not the motherboard, to avoid using the weaker integrated GPU.
- Use DisplayPort instead of HDMI for high refresh rates and resolutions.
I haven't seen it yet, but it was useful
Glad you back sir.. thought yall retire already..
Need more educational form your channel cuz its so good..❤
Great channel! Always learn something. Staying in the shadows until the next one.👍
me watching every one of your videos to shop for my new pc > Finally get the pc with a an i7-13700 > this video drops today :')
It turned out to be an unfixable oxidation problem but your cpu should be fine as it’s mostly reported in higher powered intel CPUs
This channel really deserves more attention :)
3:03 Im not sure about normal Opera, but I use Opera Gx and until now it's not disappointing me
Thank you mysterious tech for the heads up.
Since I do have a 13 gen intel cpu, I have been doing some tweaking, such as disabling overclock, update bios, and lowering voltage.
Maybe we should also try changing the power plan as well to balance, change cpu 100% to 99%.
Hello brother. Your videos so helpful. Keep em coming
Love to content high quality 👍
Stumbled upon your channel, but after the first view I had to subscribe. Love your content sir
good info! I remember when I built my first pc- I was troubleshooting for a few hours only to realize my front panel connector for power was loose. Check your connections!

Excellent information, presentation and timing. I love your approach and candor. Thank you so much for your efforts to help us tech users who are not as knowledgeable. Bravo!
it might be unrelated to PC , but I feel you are the one only who can explain ' Framerate changes' in timeline for editing software like 'Final Cut Pro / Davnici resolve , can you make a video ? thanks
I tried watching a lot of tutorials , yet none was able to make it simple....
Don't forget about Honeywell PTM7950 thermal pads as an alternative to thermal paste and liquid metal. Not as effective as liquid metal but more effective than thermal paste. Kind of a pain to apply and its recommend to put it in the freezer for a bit to make it harder before cutting to your desired size. It has served me well👍
The dram is optional. There is no difference in gaming performance in dram or dramless ssd but there is in video editing while transferring the video to storage. So buy it if you like the convenience or you're a video editor
I wondered when this dude will post, something about his videos are very engaging and educational even if you are tech savvy or not
Hey @TheMysteriousTech, you are a high and computer expert and you really indeed have helped a lot of people understand complex concepts in an easy way. Could you please make a video about keyboards mice headphons and peripherals as they are some of the most biased parts of pc with all sponsors and deals that youtubers nowdays have. You would really give some help here. Great video !

8:26 Just wanted to say that if you are planning to build a new PC and also planning to play latest demanding AAA games, it's better to go with 32GB RAM. 16GB is still sufficient for most games, but games like Hogwarts Legacy still runs better with 32GB RAM.
These are really some solid points. You had me cross checking the pc parts i have in my Amazon cart just to be sure😂😂
I went with AM4 and Ryzen 5 5600. Tried tested and true. And real bang for buck as they are last gen and on crazy sale prices.
To be honest i think i'd appreciate more UA-camrs taking a break inbetween points. I didnt even know i needed that❤❤
Please upload a video on how to choose a good tablet for studying.

Good work Sir 👏💯
One of the best PC channels in my book.
I still need money to buy pc parts though, nice video btw
Thank you so much! This help me alot ❤ much easier to understand :)))
As a newbie in pc-building, you were right to say to get a better dedicated GPU... I experienced the same issue multiple times: monitor goes black after playing an online RPG game, my backlit keyboard goes off too, and I couldn't shut down my pc without shutting off my UPS 💀I updated the drivers, still experienced the same issue so I had to reset the BIOS too. I didn't realize sooner how I focused so much on the processor that the iGPU it came with was mediocre lol, so I'll get a dedicated one in the near future... Other than that, I noticed how the voice you're using sounds quite relaxed(?) unlike your previous videos... Anyway, awesome video as always and thank you!!
Ty for your comment. I'm glad you noticed the change in the voice. I changed the voice model I use. I think this one is more listenable compared to the previous videos, right? Btw I mistakenly replied to a different comment instead of yours. 🤦
@@TheMysteriousTech No worries, mistakes happen 😅 it might not be a noticeable change but I also agree that the new voice model is easier to listen to. The previous one had a slightly assertive tone. I'd say go with whatever you feel like, you always deliver quality content which is what matters 😁
my guy got his first sponsor!
Congrats man!
Could you maybe do a video on Antivirus applications? Do you actually need one at all, and if so, which ones are the best in terms of security, computer performance and the advertising? (Norton annoyingly tries to sell you more stuff while you already have a paid product)
This dude is the GOAT of tech info
This Channel is way more advanced than other tech channels
This man is Batman...
Thanks a lot, we need more of these. If possible, can we have window/Bios optimization for performance in the future. Your video is one of the best qualities so far

Good information video. I liked and subscribed.
Informative as usual! Thanks
Great Informative video 🔥
Yo thanks for the vids , they helped me a lot during my build . Im in a dilemma right now on which GPU i should choose
My current specs :
Ryzen 7 5700x
16GB DDR4 3200MHz ram
Gigabyte B450m DS3 H V2 mobo
Thermaltake litepower 550W PSU
My monitor is a 3440x1440 Ultrawide panel , My budget is within the limits of 400 dollars ( Maximum i can get is a 4060 8 gb )
Which gpu should i get and should i look for higher VRAM since my monitor is ultrawide ?
bro is finally back
Love from India ❤❤❤❤
Can all upcoming videos be in the same time range it would be perfect
thank you for this video now i can build a perfect pc to fit my needs.
Ty, helpful vid😊
Just to add to the power supply. Look up the PC Cultist Power Supply Tier list. These guys thoroughly test power supplies and put them on a tier list I high suggest picking from the Tier A list to get the best for your money.

I miss Fry's electronic store.
They usually sell reputable Power Supplies.
Would you make a video about choosing the right headphones/earphones?

Love your videos mann
13600k user here, using the latest 0x129 microcode...I'm not worried...honest... *Occasionally glances at PC while gaming* 😅
The last line shows your a fun person 😊
Me watching this on a 14th gen intel :0
Great video btw
🔥
Before updating the motherboard of my computer, I didn't experience overheating with my 13th gen i5. After watching videos from Zach's Tech Turf and Gamer Nexus about the 13th gen, I decided to wait for the microcode patch in case I encountered overheating issues. I suppose I'm fortunate with my CPU.
I learned from Zach's Tech Turf that it's advisable to check your motherboard manufacturer's website every two months for updates.
I did liquid coolint back in 1993.
No one told me that it is cundive.
Once Liquid Metal- never again.
Normal users dont have the need for an AIO ore Liqudi.
You shouldn't include i5 13th and 14th gens, only i7 and i9 which are having instability and power issues. I do have i5-13600K, am not having any trouble with the aforementioned problems
hardware unboxed proved that you need a minimum of 32gb now because a handful of games stutter with 16gb, and about the dram on the ssd, if one only games, they could go with a dramless one to save money
Please make a video about Mini PCs
I like this channel the guy makes it feel like we watching Squid games, but Squid computer builds
I knew someone with an APU that had a GTX 970. They were complaining about performance in Fortnite and I thought... What? lol. They had been playing for months using only there APU because they didn't know about the video card HDMI port. On the other hand there has been some progress for mining video cards that lack an HDMI port. They have custom drivers that enable you to use the MOBO port so the cards can be used for gaming. Some mining cards without an HDMI to have all the traces and hardware to support it though. Just gata solder one on. Aparently it was easier just to use existing boards for some mining versions.
Yehey new content, waiting for every contontent you make, it is very informative, anyway good thing 13th gen laptop cpu are not included

8:55 tq very useful info
10:45 for now hdmi is pretty much the same as DP
So I disagree on this
Hdmi 2.1 has more bandwidth than DP 1.4
DP2.0 hasn’t been officially adopted yet but that will beat the hdmi standard
Been plugging in hdmi didn’t notice a difference between it and dp
