Precious antique wine cooler restoration

In this video I am restoring an antique wine cooler. I replaced pieces of veneer and stained it to match the original Mahogany veneer. I then French polished the top and glued the wonky legs to stop them wobbling.

Well….TBH….I’d be furious if I had paid for this “restoration”. That is a very bad patch job; not a restoration. It’s mostly wax, fillers, and glue. The new piece doesn’t even match the other pieces. It would have been faster, easier, and way more appealing if you had just replaced the entire top. Maybe the customer wanted to retain all the regular pieces? Sorry, Dude.
