I just remembered that you did a video or two or ? at the Oregon location. I had family in Josephine County and elsewhere. My relative owned a decent size excavating business and commercial sawmill in Oregon. Am told he used all CAT equipment for the excavating business. Did some sort of road job around Crater Lake long ago. He and his kids are all gone. Someone said his giant rock crusher was still sitting where it has for decades.
Great rescue. I thought maybe they were based on thr F series Jeep truck. Thanks for clearing that up. I am guessing you you made 12 because tat is what my old Chev's would get.
I'd rate the Jeep find as a hard 8 cause there's not that many of them left in existence, and the fuel average mpg at 9 for the return trip. Good job on the find Quinton.
@@quintonbartolotta if I would have had a shot at buying one of them I would have jumped at first offer for damn sure. It shouldn't take that much to get it to fire off and run. Those engines were a beast and you couldn't hardly break them. They lasted forever and then some.
I say 12 miles - If you want you can see a 1960s customized bread van turned into a rock crawler. Robby Lawton just bult one for the OnX Offroad Challenge.
Hi guys I watch a lot of UA-cam repairs one of which is Rain Man Ray repairs out of Florida he works next to a business which is a body shops with had their own rollback the rollback transfer case exploded the driveshaft the fuel line and set the whole truck on fire so this truck was very lucky that this didn't catch on fire and I heard this is one of the problems with that transfer case I'm hoping you read this comment you might want to look at Rayman raise video easy to find in his archives the truck was melted and burned to almost recognition all the aluminum parts were just destroyed Wheels everything I said I hear from him and he he went over the truck with a fine-tooth comb underneath and that's exactly what he found that destroyed transfer case which apparently the drive shaft hit the fuel line the brake lines so hopefully we just comment and maybe you'll go and look at his review on that truck fire and a transfer case may I transfer a cases exploded I mean it brought the electrical underneath and Mark that probably is what caused the fire really check it out
I think it’s one of the baddest vehicle you got unless you do a lot of work to it and make it so you can put a real seat in there and a real pedal is not a good vehicle
That’s straight up a mobile deer stand

Great job guys. Have fun. Thank you 😊
Interesting find on the Jeep .. looking forward to seeing what you do with it.
No idea on the mpg .. so I will guess 8.5
Thanks for the video
Cool looking van! I have a '64 CJ5 and all that running gear looks very familiar. Will be a fun project to see running again.
I remember the mail getting delivered in these when I was little kid 🇺🇸💪🤔
I guess 9.3 mpg
That is a really nice find. Im looking forward to the revival.
My guess has to do with the purchase. You bought it to make into a miniature taco truck. LOL You guys are as wild about tacos as I am. HA
thats awesome, used to have one runnin around the valley where i grew up at the post office as the mail truck, totally a 10
I thought it was a different truck at first looks good! I’ve got over 400,000 on mine and still daily driving it for my business
Well we know you have "I hate Casey Ladelle" on speed dial if that dodge goes haywire.
Sweet Jeep find! I'll say 9.3 MPG on return home.
get it Running.... then invite A JEEP fanatic to stop by.....Sell it the highest bidder
Nah man that thing is awesome
Now that's a cool jeep, Congrats Man
what an awesome find! Super happy the Ram got you there and back. I'd love one, but dont drive enough to keep the motor healthy
It's cool 4wd van
Pretty cool find. Great video too. My wild uneducated guess for your mileage will be..... Avg for whole trip about 7.8mpg
That truck is probably a 3.73 geared truck. Towing that trailer and Jeep mail carrier 10 MPG or less depending on hills plus what tune you have.

Going to have to say 9 for the jeep! I have never heard of them before. For fuel economy I will say 10.7mpg
7.3 mpg. Cool old find. Make er run!
My 2015 ram Cummins with 9:44 250k miles runs 19.6 mpg with no load, maybe 15 with a 2 ton load/ trailer.
