The Breakfast I Feed My Kids Every Morning!

- This healthy egg bake breakfast is so delicious and nutritious that I just know your family members are going to love it as much as mine do!

Ingredients
4 large egg whites room temperature
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 cup (200 g) PLANT-BASED granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food coloring (I used green)
Instructions
00:00 Introduction
00:18 Place egg whites in a large mixing bowl.
00:25 Add cream of tartar and salt to egg whites and whisk until foamy.
00:56 Add PLANT-BASED sugar gradually, while stirring, to egg white mixture.
01:20 Beat egg white mixture BY HAND (if you love your children) for 45-50 minutes until mixture is thick, shiny, and increased in volume and stiff peaks have formed.
02:12 Add vanilla extract to whipped mixture and whisk together, again by hand if you care about your family.
02:30 Add food dye (green will be best to imitate vegetables) and fold in to combine.
03:15 Dollop mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
03:45 Bake on 225F (105C) for 1-2 hours. Then, open the oven door and allow them to cool completely in the oven before serving to your family.

My favorite part is where you cut from hand whipping in a glass bowl to the whipped whites in a metal bowl, and you can see the wire attachment in the background next to the KitchenAid mixer with obvious whipped egg whites on it😂

That was so funny. I kept asking myself what is wrong with her. I thought I would never serve that to my grandkids,It just got worse and worse. The celebrity comment was terrible. I saw the thumbnail for this vieo earlier in the day and skipped over it. But it came back into the feed so I watched it. My biggest mistake was reading the comments as i was watching it and not being able to be fooled! Lol! What a GREAT April fools joke! When you got rid of the egg yolks, added sugar, I thought " no nutrition, what's the matter with her?" And then you need to whip by hand, if you love your kids? I hate to say this, but I didn't watch the rest until today (4/6th). Had to 😅. Have been retired so long , can't keep up with dates. Should have known. You have two adorable boys with scurvy. If you search UA-cam for the words in the quotation marks, you will find a vintage 5:23 long video from the 70s showing the recipe that my family has enjoyed for decades. I’m sure that you can improve on this recipe with your incredible baking skills. One tip, don’t forget to use the miniature American flag shown at the end. It really ties the recipe together.
