Hello loves welcome to my channel, well in todays video I present to you different care settings in the UK and their different pay structures for a fair idea of how things work in UK and to enable you to choose where you want to be working. Irrespective of where you work as a nurse, your tittle still remains "registered nurse". Hope this video helps

Can you offer me some guidance as I have now understood my take home salary would be minimal from the NHS. Also could you tell me how much I would have to pay back the NHS after working 6 months. Anytime after joining an institution but the length of the leave depends on the time u joined

Worked only in care home and never agency but I'm thinking now about working with agency. I'm a little bit scared about new.. I work in the same home for 5 years and is hard going somewhere else. Nurses in the UK paid a lot lower than nurses in Australia 😰
If its a regular job u are paid monthly but if its agency or bank u can get weekly. As the the salary its lower than Australia honestly
so is it better to have some nhs experience as an international nurse or go straight to care home?
U can do straight care home but nhs experience is rich
I had a hard time working in a care home as my other job whilst working for nhs and i cannot avoid comparing their systems, of course i know it is very different from one another, one was medication rounds. 11 am i was still doing the morning meds, in that care home, coz they told me i cannot wake the residents up. I need to wait for them to wake up, to give their tablets. 😮but i know every care home has different system. Sadly, but pleased that i gave up the care home😂😂😂.

The minimum period for usually stated in ur contract as it varies from organisations and trusts.
I have done a video on good care home companies and they all have branches in London

Hi. I think my contract says i can't do agency nursing. Does that mean i cannot get a second job thats not agency
If it says u can't do agency then u can't, but maybe u can do a second part time time/bank. Please ask your employer for clarification

How much years you have to work before you can get your pension money?
Pension age is now 67yrs
So if I decide to leave at 5 years the money I contribute to pension I won’t be getting it?
You can opt out at anytime and your money will be calculated and sent to your account

There is no limit hours to work on your second job if you are nurse or doctor. If you want to work more than 20hrs on your second job, you will request COS and update your Visa.
Your Visa will then have two Sponsorship.

Hi Becca I’m a Nurse in Saudi Arabia aspiring to work in NHS,I have 7 years hospital experience will the NHS count my experience outside the UK?
They do not count your years of experience but experience is important. If you are an overseas to work in UK, you will be under supervision/mentorship for months ( with nhs) until u get uk nursing registration, once u got it, you will start from the bottom of band 5. Every year theres increase in your salary, till u get to the top band 5.
