I will give you an honest answer to work as senior care assistant in hospital they need NVQ level 3 and care certificate, you won’t be able to use a physiology degree for being a senior care assistant,

How did u reduce your number of hours in a week to 33hours instead of the 37.5 hours? Does this not go against the tier 2 visa restrictions?

Yes dear I reduced it when I was renewing it . But even if you’re not due for a contract renewal you can still discuss with your employer if you have pressing needs.
