Altho i appreciate the effort of making everything by hand and the single parts looked really good, as a german who loves Döner to death, the way you assembled this was horrifying. Still, i imagine it tasted really good and the video was really entertaining, so ill let it pass. Hope you enjoyed making it :)
It made it into the bread, good in my books =p
Some questions
- You rolling the lemon in-between your hands, does that have any actual purpose?
- I have Cumin in my cupboard but I've never used it, what is it good for?
- I love doing pickled things, do you have a suggestion for pickled Cucumbers or carrots? I normally do them with soy, sesame and some garlic powder and it's great.
- What's the best marinade for chicken? I wanna get fancy cooking this weekend.
Helps to juice it.
Use for a very earthy flavor, goes well with citrus.
Habanero vinegar on the cucumbers and carrots.
Spiced yogurt (chefs choice) on the chicken
If you like Mexican or Indian food, cumin is one of the main parts of those flavours.

That one! Thats the mustard powder i used to help make the awesome sauce. That, and one of the large jar of honey i sent was used in the sauce too. There is a bread seems like the one on the video in Turkey too and we call it "bazlama" .I think probably it will goes well with the bazlama too because actually the köfte and döner are also one of the best Turkish foods .They are not belongs to Greece .Also the word "yogurt" came from Turkish .You can search in google too .

I made this at home, the meat was perfect but the pita bread didn't grow on me and I had to eat it normally on a plate. But I recommend making it at home for yourself.
