Some of it is pretty good. There are street vendors that you have to be leary of though- saw fried shrimp and one piece of shrimp has 2 flies attached😱. That was back in 1990 Camp Casey area:) Fried Rice was great and ordered that on a regular basis.

@@user.337 It keeps the yolk suspended in the center of the egg and safe from pressing against the shell or settling on one side of the egg. When cracking an egg, there's really no need to remove the chalazae. They're OK to eat, and once cooked, the strings disappear :)

If I crack an egg I spend ages picking that gross bit out so its amazing especially for a street food vendor to have that same sense of throughness seeing that... 흔히들 알고 있던 그 계란빵 과는 만드는 방법과 준비하는 방법이 아예 틀리네요. 기존에 알던 계란빵 보다 손이 훨씬 많이 가지만 확실히 맛있어 보이고 비쥬얼도 깨끗하고 거기다 만드시는 분이 엄청 꼼꼼 하시네요. 이건 배워서 해보고 싶어지네요 ~^^!♥️

I had this quite often back in korea for breakfasts or as snacks and they are really delicious . The bread is somewhat crunchy but mostly soft. The egg, if cooked right, is perfect half yolk that goes well with the bread. The bread is also has a bit of sweet, almond or peanut flavor. I never tried one with cheese though. This is like 3for $1 back in the days, (I hear its more like dollar a piece now) in most places and pretty sanitary, hence, Korea.

Whenever I have an exam my mind refuse to study just to watch those street foods videos 😭😭
Study for your exam a month before so it gets into your long term memory instead of your short term memory. A tip from someone with adhd, I never studied before an exam as that required short term memory which is no good in people with adhd. It also tires out the brain studying just before an exam.

I'm pretty sure it's a pancake batter topped with an egg, optionally Kraft cheese slice or bacon.
There are recipes here on UA-cam for this is Korean name is Gyeran Ppang. I know Maangchi and Emmymade have videos on how to make this kinda bread.
