I started laughing when you guys were talking about the icing! That’s exactly how my husband and I are when it comes to cake and icing! My husband always gets the corners as well!

Glad there is another good food option especially for brunch. Your food looked delicious but I never would have guessed that Amy’s dish was huevos rancheros, which is a dish I frequently order. Great video!

We did dinner in February and loved it. I had the shrimp tacos…amazing! The server was so friendly and after gave great cookie suggestions . They were much different from Gideon’s but still yummy. I wished we were seated by the lake. We were seated by the disney springs traffic view. We have plans to go back in May
I’ll be down in 2 weeks from today and I am going to definitely try these cookies! I am a huge Gideons fan as well, so it will be tough to try something different but I’m going to have to explore these….and the cinnamon roll you speak of!

Not sure about the price point, but everything looks delicious! Used Open Table to book our Raglan Road reservation back in January and was glad to have it!
Loving your content! Quick humble suggestion...the music in the b-roll clips is a lot louder than the rest of the video and I'm having to go back and forth adjusting the volume. Just a thought on my experience. Appreciate it!

So that line we always see at Gideon’s is for cookies? Wow! The restaurant looks beautiful! I know it’s probably tough to get seats there but I would so hope not to get the ones where you have to look right at that kitchen door swinging back and forth. You guys are really great! Haha, I get that. We were happy for a corner where we could record without bothering other diners. If we are too close to others, we only record the food without talking. It wasn’t the most amazing spot to sit, but did work for that, and we got to see a lot of what the food looked like coming out. lol

Funny thing is I like dark chocolate and my wife is milk chocolate so we are also perfect to finish off boxes of mixed chocolates.

I agree about the cookies. We all thought Summer House's were much better than Gideon's. They also keep very well. We got a variety and it took us over a week to eat them and they were still good. We really enjoyed our entire experience at Summer House last week. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We loved the overall vibe. I still think about the tuna tostadas - just a perfect bite of food.
I feel like it’s a major missed opportunity for not doing a DVC showcase in major cities like NYC, LA, etc.
I agree that Gideons line on the one day of the year I’m in dis springs is always too long and overwhelming. I’m going to Disney in July, I’m going to try one of these other cookies.
I love their cookies, not a fan of gideons
