    Recently I explained and demonstrated to a student about the physicality of "burying the metronome" where you actually
    lose the met when you are perfectly in line mathematically. As an OCD person this is very appealing to me. And what's
    better than that? When a group of 10 or 11 snares can do this as they play together. I was reminded of this when you
    talked about lining everything up. Timing is certainly our ultimate goal. Musicality comes alongside this perfect timing.
    Just my thoughts here on a Saturday morning.

    I got a chance to get a callback from the 2022 Bluecoats and was cut at their making the snare line day. I usually struggle in the math part; what’s a great solution to fixing that. I believe that if I can get the mathematical part of drumming down, then working on music and chopping things out is simple with feet as well.
